Take a moment to create a safe and supportive inner space within your mind.

Visualize a tranquil place such as a peaceful garden or a cozy room where you can feel completely secure and at ease.

As you settle into this safe space,

Bring your attention to any areas of your body that may hold tension or discomfort.

Notice any sensations that arise without judgment or resistance.

Allow yourself to feel these sensations,

Acknowledge their presence,

And honor your body's wisdom.

Breathe gently into these areas,

Sending loving and compassionate energy toward them.

Now,

Invite any emotions or memories related to your trauma to arise.

As they come up,

Remind yourself that you are in a safe space and have the power to heal.

Observe these emotions and memories with gentle curiosity without becoming overwhelmed or identifying too closely with them.

Visualize them as clouds passing through the sky or leaves floating down a stream.

With each breath,
