I am in the warmth of the sunlight.
I am in the softness of your blankets.
I am in the people who love you.
I am the breath moving through your lungs right now.
Let yourself remember.
You are held.
You have been held all day long.
Even in the moments that felt lonely.
Even in the moments that felt uncertain.
Even in the moments when you thought you had to do it all alone.
We were never alone.
And now,
Let gratitude rise gently,
Not as something you must force,
But as a soft remembering Thank you for this breath.
Thank you for this body.
This body that continues to carry you.
Thank you for the lessons.
Thank you for the joys!
Thank you for the people.
Thank you for another day of being alive.
Tonight,
Let your heart soften.
You do not need to hold on to every thought.
You do not need to rehearse every conversation.
You do not need to solve your life before sleep.
So for now,
Simply rest in this truth.
You have enough.
You are enough.
This day was enough.
Then I am here.
I have always been here.
May gratitude wash over you like warm water.
May it soften the places inside of you that have grown tired.
May it remind you that your life is not only made of burdens,
But also of countless quiet gifts.
And as you drift towards sleep.
Now you are loved.
You are held.
And you belong.
To this beautiful and perfect human experience.
I am in the warmth of the sunlight.
I am in the softness of your blankets.
I am in the people who love you.
I am the breath moving through your lungs right now.

To this beautiful and perfect human experience.
If your eyes aren't closed,
Start to close them now.
And situate yourself on the bed in a way that's 10% more comfortable.
Start to pay attention to your breath.
And notice how the body feels.
Create space within your body by maybe wiggling the feet down a little bit further away from the hips,
Or creating a little more space for the shoulder sockets,
Wiggling the head a little bit away from the neck,
More space for the neck.
And in whatever position you've chose,
I'm going to mention parts of the body.
Your only job is to bring awareness to those parts.
Nothing more.
Right toes.
Right knee.
Right hip.
Right side of belly.
Right side of chest.
Right elbow right hand.
Right fingers.
Right side of neck.
Right ear.
Right cheek,
Right eye.
Right jaw.
Left toes.
Left knee.
Last tip.
Left side of belly.
Left side of the chest.
Left shoulder.
Left elbow.
Left hand.
Left fingers.
Left side of neck.
Left ear.
Left eye,
Left cheek.
Left side of jaw.
Now we mix it up,
Right toes,
Left hip.
Right hip left toes,
Right shoulder.
Left shoulder.
Right eye,
Left eye,
Right shoulder,
Left shoulder,
Right eye,
Left eye.
Right knee,
Left knee.
Right eye,
Left eye,
Back to right knee.
Left toes.
Right toes.
Left finger.
Right finger.
Left ear,
Right ear,
Awareness of the whole body.
Feel the whole body.
Feel the whole body.
Awareness of breath.
Moving the breath in and out of the nose,
Just completely on its own.
That's what the body does.
Each exhale gives the body more permission to soften.
To sink deeper into the bed.
To rest.
To release.
And just awareness around the power of the exhale.
The exhale that's happening so naturally.
You don't have to think about it,
The body just does it.
I'll count down backwards,
10 to one.
Each count is a new breath,
A new deepening.
Each breath is like taking a step down a stairwell into the coziest,
Coziest bed.
Maybe it's a cloud bed.
It's light and airy.
With the perfect amount of darkness for sleep.
It's safe,
It's warm,
It's exactly where you want to be.
Starting at 10.
The body releases more.
NINE The eyes grow softer.
Eight The toes release any tension.
Seven.
The fingers follow.
Six,
The mind is soft.
5.
The thoughts calm.
Four.
The body settles.
3.
The emotions start to fade.
Too.
Peace arrives.
Lime.
Safety and sleep arise.
