Transcript

Imagine it's very early in the morning,

The kind of early where the day has not decided what it's going to be yet.

The sky is soft,

Not quite day and not quite night.

There's mist hanging low over the ground.

There's that quiet feeling that happens when everything is between chapters,

And you're there,

Standing at the edge of something gentle.

Not being asked to rush forward,

Not being asked to prove anything.

Just standing,

Breathing,

Existing.

Existing in that in-between space where change happens quietly.

And from here,

We begin.

Let your body be held by whatever is beneath you.

You don't have to hold yourself up right now.

You don't have to perform steadiness.

Just arrive.

Close your eyes if that feels safe,

Or soften your gaze and let the world blur at the edges.

Breathe slowly through your nose.

Not a forced breath,

But a welcoming one,

And then exhale out of your mouth like you're fogging a mirror.

Again,

Inhale,

Receiving.

Exhale,

Releasing.

Inhale,

Receiving.

Exhale,

Releasing.

Inhale,

Receive.

Exhale,

Release.

There's nothing you need to solve in this moment.

Nothing you need to become in the next six minutes.

You are allowed to simply be here.

Notice your shoulders.

Drop them one millimeter lower than they are.

Notice your jaw.

The teeth separate slightly,

Like you're letting go of a word you don't need to say.

Feel the breath in your chest,

Your ribs,

Your belly.

And wherever you feel it,

Allow it to be enough.

This breath is enough.

This breath is enough.

This breath is enough.

Right now,

Life might feel messy,

Or heavy,

Or tangled in ways you can't easily explain.

And if that's true,

You're still allowed to be right here in softness.

Because life is not only made for clear skies and open roads.

Life is also made of the dark soil,

The unseen breaking,

The quiet unseen work of transformation.

The places where we struggle.

The moments of doubt.

The seasons that feel like we're walking through fog.

These are places where something deep inside you has been learning how to grow.

Take a deep breath here.

Give these words permission to land somewhere inside you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Be well,

Friends.

I'll see you next time.
