Hello and welcome home.
This particular practice is designed to help you reset.
It will be a friend as you move through your day,
Like a sweet gift back to yourself.
So clear the space around you and come to lying on the floor.
And bring your knees in towards your chest and gently rock from side to side.
And let your feet find the floor and then stretch your legs out long.
Close your eyes.
And listen to your breath.
Your body knows how to breathe.
It's a beautiful natural process that we are each born with.
Your body knows what to do.
And when we entered life,
When we first came into this world,
We inhaled.
Taking in life Taking in life.
So as you become aware of this breath,
Resist any manipulating.
And instead,
Let yourself ride on its never-ending waves.
Coming in and going out.
As you begin to arrive more in your body,
Allow your breath to settle towards the places that are touching into the floor.
Let the heaviness of each exhale settle you deeper into your practice.
Settle in your throat.
Soften the edges.
There is a unique and individual rhythm to your breath.
It can take time to understand and even more time to apply what you observe.
So just listen.
Let yourself enter into a season of listening.
And as we draw closer to autumn and changes ahead,
What is your body and what is your breath trying to tell you?
Can you listen with your whole body?
Staying open to what's ahead.
And as you listen,
What is your breath trying to tell you?
What is your breath trying to tell you?
Let each exhale bring you closer and closer to the ground.
Let each exhale bring you closer and closer to the ground.
Let each exhale bring you closer and closer to the ground.
And with all the love and kindness you have towards yourself,
Place one hand at your heart and breathe into that space.
Breathe in.
So you can slowly release.
Take care,
Dear one.
Namaste.
