Savasana is often the sweetest moment. It's in these breaths, where I hold space for you. Listen to the words that were written specifically for you to hear. My Just Savasana Series is just that. Just Savasana.

Go ahead and lay back on your mat,

Your knees into your chest and gently start to roll from side to side and close your eyes and now allow your feet to find the floor.

Letting your low back rest gently onto your mat.

Take some deep breaths.

Give yourself some time.

For everything to come into sync and everything to align.

And then now slowly extend your legs.

Let them come forward and slip into Shavasana.

And feel free to set yourself up for the most restorative Shavasana pose.

With your eyes closed,

Allow your arms to just come to where they want to be.

Try not to think too much about it.

Get out of your own way of thinking of what you think it's supposed to be.

It's supposed to be something else,

Different.

And simply take a breath through your nose.

And exhale.

And fall in.

Let your body sink slowly into the ground.

When I think of all the postures,

Shapes we put ourselves into,

I think this one is the most important right here.

And so allow yourself to arrive.

Turning away from the need to fix anything.

Autopilot is one of the most common mindsets we find ourselves fall into.

We all do it.

We are all susceptible to missing the moment before us.

The moment that's unraveling.

And yet it is here that we can practice feeling what we sense in our physical body.

It is here we turn off autopilot and we come back to ourselves a little bit more for a short while.

Just watch your breath move in and out of your body.

And nothing else.

Don't wander too far off my friends.

Stay close.

And know that everything is as it should be.

And now gently come back into the room if it felt like you floated away from your body.

And now gently come back into the room if it felt like you floated away for a little bit.

And take a couple deep breaths.

In and out.

Begin to find some gentle movement.

Large or small,

It is all welcomed.

Place one hand at your heart.

Deep gratitude for the moment.

And as it slowly unfolds,

Right before you,

Right with you,

Directly in line.

Everything is exactly as it's supposed to be.

Everything is exactly as it's supposed to be.

Know that deep in your heart,

Deep in your core,

Deep in your understanding of life and where it takes you.

You are home.

Home.

Home.

Home.
