Welcome to the third session of your 5-day morning affirmations practice.
Today, we’ll focus on finding grounding, so you can move through your day feeling steady, centered, and supported from within. Let this short practice be your morning anchor, a moment to slow down, reconnect to your body, and remember that safety lives inside you. This is for the empaths and overthinkers ready to come home to themselves, no matter what the outside world is doing. Remember, true grounding doesn’t come from control; it comes from trust, presence, and deep inner rooting.

Welcome to your daily affirmation for empaths.

Let's take a moment to find some grounding today.

We're reconnecting to the stability within us,

Anchoring ourselves to the present moment.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat or laying down if that serves you best.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze and take a deep breath in.

Allow yourself to take a slow breath out as you feel your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Now start to visualize roots extending from your body into the ground,

Anchoring you deeply.

With each inhale,

You're drawing in strength.

And with each exhale,

You're releasing any restlessness or worry.

Now it's time for your affirmation.

Silently or out loud,

Affirm to yourself.

I am grounded.

I am steady.

I am safe.

And sit with those words as you breathe deeply,

Allowing its truth to settle within you.

Once again,

Repeat to yourself.

I am grounded.

I am steady.

I am safe.

Once more,

Feeling it through your body.

I am grounded.

I am steady.

I am safe.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath.

As you inhale and exhale,

Gently feeling the groundedness through your body and the roots extending from your body into the ground as they continue to anchor you deeply into this moment.

Once again,

Affirm to yourself.

And when you're ready,

Gently start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Blink your eyes open.

Take whatever stretch feels good.

And carry this grounded energy with you throughout your day.
