I've completed over 500 hours of training through several senior teachers and continue to immerse myself in studies on yoga, Ayurveda, anatomy, and other healing modalities inspired by my own experience of working through physical and emotional traumas using tools of this ancient practice. My passion is meeting people wherever they’re at and helping them get to the next part of their journey; whether that’s moving through an injury, cultivating calm, increasing mobility, building awareness, or creating new habits.
