Come and join me as I guide you to a destress self-healing ( Reiki) session. The meditation is intended to be our guide as we use our hands to support and give healing to our body, mind, and soul. Sit back and relax as you enjoy the healing session with me, this meditation includes affirmations ( When the affirmations are too fast for you, simply enjoy the words as they also will subconsciously enter through the mind ) embodying 528Hz background music.

Are you ready for this Schools Ambassador Sanders?

This meditation will be using energy techniques with the hands,

Guiding through the body as a self-healer.

Your hands are sensitive electromagnetic.

The feel through the hands are a powerful tool used in energy healing and bodywork.

The body has many meridian points that are sensitive to the hands life force.

The meridian connects like circuits all over your body,

Connecting and communicating to and through every cell and every organ,

Awakening the body.

Thank you for joining me in this relaxation journey to ease the nervous system and create inner harmony with our mind and body.

The meditation is a guide through self-energy bodywork as you use your own healing hands through the process.

Choose to sit or stand in a comfortable position and let's move some chi.

Chi is our energy,

Our life force.

Let's begin by taking a deep inhale through the nose and slowly release the breath out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath.

Inhale through the nose and slowly release out your mouth.

This time as you take another deep breath,

Inhale through the nose.

Out release through the mouth and release the tension around your body.

Dropping your shoulders,

Release the stiff tension around your neck.

Opening the face and the jaw.

Take your hands and rub them together to activate the energy.

As you warm up the hands,

Feel the flow of the chi,

The energy buzzing.

Feel the sensations of the blood circulating.

Tune into the feelings,

The sensations of the beautiful activation.

Does it feel familiar?

How does it feel?

Are they cold,

Hot,

Sweaty,

Warm,

Tingly?

Your hands are now ready to begin.

Release the hands and give it a little shake.

Let's take the hands and rub them together one more time and gently place them on your forehead.

Allow the fingers or your palms to gently press against your forehead where it is comfortable,

Surrendering on the face.

Deep breath here,

Inhale through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe to your natural rhythm and pace.

Feel into the moment of your hands touching your face and easing into calm.

Relax and release the tension you may have been holding.

Let go of any worries you may have been carrying or overthinking,

Staying present with your hands against your forehead and enjoying the hands' beautiful energy,

Relaxing you.

We will say affirmations while we hold each area during the guided session.

You may repeat the affirmations with me or simply choose to listen to them.

I will repeat them three times.

As we shift our focus away from the forehead,

Place the hands on your ribs.

Lay them where it is most comfortable for you.

Feel the sensations of the chi,

Life force entering into your ribs,

Your lungs and the surrounding area.

Feeling refresh energy floating around and into the ribs.

Tearing out the stagnant energy.

Choose to accept new air to flow into your ribs and lungs.

Take a deep breath here through your nose and out exhale through your mouth.

Again deep breath inhale and out exhale through your mouth.

I ease into my beautiful life.

I take every moment with calm and ease.

I am grateful.

Now we move our awareness and hands to our navel.

You may place one hand above and one hand below your belly button.

Simply feel your diaphragm expand as you breathe inhale and contracting your diaphragm in as you exhale.

Feel your hands and the warmth it is giving you.

Another expanding breath inhale and contracting in as you exhale.

Give yourself a moment to pause and embrace.

I digest life with ease and joy.

Shifting and tuning our awareness to our knees.

Simply place your hands on your knees.

Readjust and make yourself comfortable as you need.

Take a deep breath here.

Inhale through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Another deep breath here.

Inhale through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Take your awareness back to the upper body as you place your hands on your shoulders.

Place them however you feel comfortable.

Readjust as you need.

Simply relax for a moment here with your hands on your shoulders supported.

there is something about aliss and the presence she brings to her guided meditations. i feel her love in every syllable, loving me body, mind, and soul. as i placed my hands where she asked me to place them, i felt her healing energy pouring throough my hands healing me. thank you so much for giving so much of yourself in your meditatons!!! i feel you !!!!
