Find a quiet place to relax and lie down.
Just gently rest your entire body with your back laying flat and gently closing your eyes.
Just feel into the natural rhythm of your body rising and falling,

A gentle silk scarf is being caressed from the top of your head all the way down to the tip of your toes,
Starting from the top of your nose,
Gently moves through your forehead,
Nose and mouth,
Down your throat and chest,
Through your torso and tummy and through your thighs,
Your calves and shins,
Your ankles and your feet and your toes as you breathe in and breathe out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just notice any thoughts that you may have and knowing that you don't need to deal with them right now,
You can return to them later.
Simply acknowledge and let them go.
As you turn your attention to the natural rise and fall of your belly,
Rise and fall,
Just allowing yourself to relax in the space,
Allowing your mind to clear,
Your heart to expand and your body to sink deeper and deeper and deeper into the surface below you as you breathe in and out,
In and out,
Just allowing your mind to wander to a destination anywhere in the world,
Fills you with peace,
Tranquility.
Imagine you're there now,
Laying down,
Relaxing in that beautiful setting as you breathe in and in.
There's no where you need to be other than right here as you breathe in,
Feeling more relaxed and at ease.
