This breath work involves breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
The inhale will be slow and smooth and steady,
And it will sound like this.
And the exhale will be a gentle release.
Which will sound like this.
I invite you to draw the breath deep down into your belly,
But unlike the other practice,
Let's see if we can keep this breath as quiet as possible and a little more gentle and smooth.
It doesn't need to be so powerful and strong.

Let's start with an exhale out of the mouth.

In.
Out.
In through the nose.

How quiet and smooth can you make your breath?
Feel your belly expand and contract.

Hold your breath.
And exhale,
Return to your natural breath as we prepare for round two.
