Today,

We'll tune into the healing frequency of crystal singing bowls,

Letting their vibration flow through you.

These sounds paired with a powerful meditation will guide your nervous system into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

By the end,

You'll feel lighter,

Renewed and blissfully calm.

So lie down on your back and settle into a comfortable position.

You can place a pillow under your knees for extra support.

And if you could become just 5% more relaxed,

What would you do?

Go ahead and make those adjustments.

Now inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

And if it feels good for you,

Gently close your eyes.

Begin to listen deeply.

Let the sound guide you,

Not as something you hear,

But as something you feel.

With every ring of the crystal bowls,

Let yourself sink deeper,

As if your body is dissolving into the surface beneath you.

Listen deeply,

Not just with your ears,

But with your entire body.

Rest your attention on your feet.

What does this sound feel like in your toes and soles of your feet?

Are they buzzing or tingling?

Bring your awareness to your calves,

Knees and thighs.

Can you sense the vibrations circling through these areas,

Soothing any tension and tightness?

Shift your attention to your belly.

Let the sound ripple here,

Calming and softening this area.

Move to your chest.

Tune into the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Feel the gentle vibration echo through this space.

What do you notice?

Bring your focus to your shoulders.

Can you feel a subtle wave flowing down your arms and through your fingertips?

Travel your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

Feel this area soften,

And then notice any sensations here.

What do the vibrations awaken in you?

Now feel the sound in your whole body connecting all of these areas.

Notice where the sound feels most loud in your body,

And the place where it feels most quiet.

Let the sound weave through you,

Letting the boundaries of your body and the space around you blur.

Begin to visualize your nervous system as a glowing web of light running through your entire body.

As the crystal ball sings,

Its vibration merges with this web of light.

Feel the soothing energy cascading down your spine,

Releasing any tension or tightness here.

Let the vibrations swirl in the base of your skull,

Easing your mind,

Softening any mental chatter or tension.

Feel the vibrations cascading through your nervous system,

Calming everything.

Let the sound whisper to your body,

You are safe,

You are calm,

You are whole.

Let's breathe and hum together now.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Hold your breath at the top,

Feeling the sound resonate through your body.

Now exhale with a gentle hum,

Feeling this sound merge with the vibration of the balls.

Inhale deeply,

Letting the sound infuse every part of you.

Inhale slowly,

Hold it at the top and then exhale with a hum.

Continue like this with long,

Slow,

Steady breaths and hums in your own pace.

Try exploring different tones.

Good,

And release the humming practice.

Listen deeply.

You are not simply hearing this sound,

You are its creator.

It's through your presence that the vibrations become audible,

Transformed into sound,

Layered with feeling and meaning.

Do nothing but listen for the next few minutes,

Letting this sound remind you of your power to create,

To feel,

To release and to heal.

Inhale deeply and exhale completely.

Gently bring some movement back to your fingers,

Toes,

Maybe twitching your nose and taking a big,

Beautiful stretch.

I donโ€™t reach for crystal singing bowls often but I loved this one! Could really feel it in my body. Very cool and relaxing. It was easy to shut off the mind when youโ€™re listening
