Follow the sound of my breath,
Starting with an exhale.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the mouth and out through the mouth.
Draw the breath all the way down to your stomach.
Keep it deep.
Keep going.
Breath of fire.
In and out through the nose,
Rapidly.
Pumping the stomach.
Feel the energy increasing.
And exhale all the breath out of your body.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the mouth.
Out through the mouth.
Nice deep breath.
Breath of fire.
Rapid short inhales and exhales out the nose.
Bring a little smile to your face.
Maybe you want to move your body.
Do whatever feels good.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the mouth.
Out through the mouth.
Almost there.
Breath of fire.
Give it everything you've got.
Take a deep breath in.
And hold your breath.
Feel your body melting in all directions.
And slowly exhale.
Return to your natural breath.
And just take a minute to feel.
Who are you becoming?
How does that person feel?
What actions do they take?
And can you choose in the next 24 hours to take one thing that's going to get you closer to where you want to be?
