This is best listened to with headphones. If you are new to breathwork, just know you may feel things like tingling in the body, warmth, or cold as well as emotions rising up. You may also get a dry mouth. So take a sip of water, and feel free to breathe through your nose at any time. Breathe deep and feel with this breathwork for a healing session that features music and uplifting guidance. I'll walk you through a short journey with the powerful 'ah-ha' breath for emotional healing and release.

Welcome.

Lie down on your back.

Softly close your eyes.

Open your mouth wide and take a slow deep breath in.

And a slow full breath out.

As you begin to follow the sound of my breath,

Breathe in and out.

This is the ah-ha breath,

Making a gentle ah sound as you breathe in.

And a ha sound as you breathe out.

No pause between your inhales and exhales.

A looping,

Connected breath.

And see if you can find a way to bring more air into your body.

Filling yourself up with life force energy.

And continuing to breathe like this,

Finding your own rhythm and pace.

Begin to place your attention to the centre of your heart.

And give yourself permission to feel what's there.

Feeling all of it.

I just want you to know you're doing such a wonderful job.

You are strong.

You are beautiful.

You are loved.

Breathe deep.

Allowing this breath to flow through your whole body.

Following you up with a brilliant bright light.

Becoming radiant.

Luminous.

Breathe deep.

And if you feel the need to move your fingers or toes,

Maybe let out a sigh.

And take a deep breath in.

And hold your breath.

And repeat the same thing that you Indigenous people have done before.

And slowly exhale.

Come back to your natural breathing.

I like th Ah-ha breathing. Out of curiosity, how long is that breath hold at the end? I'm an elder and have diminished lung capacity due to age and lung issues so hold as long as I can, of course.

I highly recommend the breath work session that I recently attended. It was an incredibly powerful experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and inspired. The instructor's guidance was exceptional, as she used her beautiful and gentle voice to guide us through the session, encouraging us to focus on our breath and relax. Being a male, it can be rare to come across a voice as enchanting and soothing as hers. The way she built us up and reminded us of our beauty and worth was truly uplifting. Her instructions on inhaling and exhaling were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice. Overall, I would rate this breath work session five stars without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to participate in a session with this instructor, I highly recommend giving it a try.
