
Breathe In, Bliss Out: A Guided Feel-Good Breathwork

This guided energizing breathwork will oxygenate your body, calm your mind and help you to feel good in just five minutes. This breathwork uses a count: when I say 1, you will breathe in through your nose and when I say 2, you will breathe out of your nose. If you are congested, then you can breathe in and out through your mouth. The most important thing is you draw the breath all the way into your belly (rather than the chest), and try to breathe as deeply as possible.
