This is your energetic anchoring practice.

Find a spot to get comfortable with your feet on the floor and your hands relaxed.

Close and soften your eyes.

Begin to focus on your inhale and your exhale,

Making it a little bit longer and a little bit deeper.

This is a reset,

Not to fix you,

Just to bring you back to yourself,

Halfway between a pep talk and a meditation.

Bring your attention to your body and feel your weight pressing into your seat.

Feel yourself being supported and let your shoulders drop.

Unclench your jaw,

Relax your belly,

And let your body settle into this moment.

Now bring your awareness down,

Down into your hips,

Into your legs,

Into your feet.

You don't need to solve anything right now.

You don't need to rush.

Now,

Silently or out loud,

Repeat after me,

I breathe,

I slow down,

I come back to myself.

I am here,

I am present,

And I am grounded.

Now,

We will claim your energy back.

If you've been mentally scattered,

Carrying other people,

Or being pulled into pressure,

You're coming home now.

Repeat after me,

I call my energy back to me.

I call my attention back to me,

And I return to myself.

My energy is mine,

My attention is mine,

And my life is mine.

Settle into those words and slowly feel that pressure start to fall away.

I release urgency.

I release pressure.

I release the need to fix everything right now.

I trust my first knowing,

I trust myself completely,

I lead myself with clarity.

And now we need to choose,

Because feeling calm is helpful,

But choosing is what changes your life.

Repeat after me,

I make decisions from power,

Not pressure.

I make the next best choice and trust the timing of my life.

If anything comes up,

I can handle it.

I slow down,

Get clear,

And handle what matters.

I choose wisely,

I choose clean.

Now I want you to quietly ask yourself,

What is one clean step I can take next?

Let the answer come through,

No overthinking,

Just the next step,

And lock it in.

I trust myself,

I choose,

I follow through.

I have my own back in the choices that I make.

I stop coping and I start choosing from power.

I recover fast,

I learn fast,

I move forward.

I am building my life,

Slow and steady.

I trust the process I'm in,

I stay consistent.

I lead my life today,

I move forward with certainty.

I am becoming the version of me who follows through.

Open your eyes and start to see this place and start to see the world from this place of power and choice.
