Find yourself in your sacred space,
In your meditation position.
Let's take a few moments to breathe and truly arrive in this space and in your body.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Feeling your body being held by the earth below you.
Start to visualize a bright white light hovering over your head.
It is strong and clean,
Pure and true,
Filled with love and joy.
And this white light starts to pour down,
Entering through the top of your head.
Slowly filling your head down through your neck,
Into your shoulders and down your arms.
Watch this white light move through your chest,
Your abdominal,
Down into your pelvis and hips,
Into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
And all the way through your feet.
Then watch this bright white light exit through the soles of your feet,
Slowly drawing more of this light down into the top of your head,
Passing through your body and exiting through the soles of your feet.
This light is limitless and continuous.
As the light and its energy passes through and exits,
Imagine it collecting all anxieties and all tensions.
Then flowing out of you along with the white light,
These anxiety and tensions leave your body.
Take your time feeling and visualizing all of this energy pouring out of you.
Imagine this excess energy as little bits of darkness being carried away with the light as it flows through you.
When the last little bits of darkness are gone,
Let the light cease from above and allow that last bit of light to flow out of you.
As you watch all of these little bits of darkness,
All of these anxieties and tensions flow out of you,
Say in your mind,
I clear and release all excess energy.
I release this energy to Mother Earth to be used elsewhere.
I release this energy to Mother Earth to be used elsewhere.
I release this energy to Mother Earth to be used elsewhere.
When you feel clear and complete,
Start to move your fingers and toes,
Rocking through the head and neck and opening your eyes.
