Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation for coaching.

My name is Alice and I'll be leading you through this guided coaching meditation.

We will be exploring different sectors of our life using the Wheel of Life activity.

And this will help us to prioritize those areas in our life that we want to focus on.

It will help us to set smart goals and to set our intentions for today,

Tomorrow,

This week,

Next week and beyond.

So,

Be aware now of your environment,

Where you are right now.

Listen in for the sounds around the room,

Outside.

And find somewhere that's comfortable for you.

If you're seated or lying down,

You may close your eyes.

And in your own time,

You may take some deep breaths in.

So,

Let's take some deep breaths together.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And repeat.

What's most important in your life right now?

What do you want to focus on?

What changes do you want to experience in the long term or just in the short term?

Now,

Our Wheel of Life is divided into eight sections.

And our Wheel is circular.

And our Wheel of Life is something that can transport us.

It can facilitate our forward progress.

It can take us from where we are now to where we want to be in the future.

When we think about our Wheel of Life,

We can incorporate so many different aspects.

We can bring in experiences from the past as we think about our Wheel of Life.

And then we can think about our vision moving forward.

What is our vision?

What is our mission?

Now,

The eight sectors of our Wheel of Life are.

.

.

One,

Health.

And this incorporates physical health,

Mental health,

Emotional well-being and spiritual well-being.

Second is fun and leisure.

And this incorporates self-care,

Which also actually intertwines with our health.

Because self-care is so important for our own mental health.

Third is personal growth.

And this can also impact into our health,

Fun and leisure,

Or into our career,

Which is the fourth one.

Fourth is career.

Fifth is money.

And you can see how career and money interlink.

So we have one,

Health.

Two,

Fun and leisure.

Three,

Personal growth.

Four,

Career.

Five,

Money.

Six,

Family and friends.

Seven,

Significant other.

And eight,

Home environment.

So for each of these sectors,

Health,

Fun and leisure,

Personal growth,

Career,

Money,

Family and friends,

Significant other,

Home environment.

Take a snapshot of where things look to you right now.

And how do you feel about each area of your life?

Give yourself a rating from one to ten.

If it's very low,

You might rate it as one.

If it's very high,

You could rate it as ten if you feel that area is complete in your life.

And if it's passable,

It could be maybe that you rate it as five.

Now,

Once you've done this exercise and you look at the numbers that you've allocated to each of these eight sectors,

The sectors that have achieved the lowest scoring will be those sectors that you will want to address your attention to,

That you will want to focus and prioritize your efforts on.

And start with just one sector.

And for this sector,

Look at the goals that you want to pursue.

And for these goals,

Make them SMART goals using the acronym SMART.

S-M-A-R-T.

So that's S for specific,

M for measurable,

A for attainable,

R for realistic,

And T for time bound.

And no doubt you've already come across this before,

The wheel of life and these SMART goals.

But it's good to take the time to revisit these areas in your life,

Because how you feel at one moment in your life is going to change even on a weekly,

Perhaps weekly basis.

So you could do this exercise again in a couple of months time.

So what is your vision and what is your mission?

And how will these goals help you to achieve these?

You are enough.

You are well resourced.

You have the determination and the grit.

You are a hard worker.

And when you set your mind to it,

You can achieve whatever it is that you decide you want to do.

You have the power and the freedom to make your own choice.

You can make your own decision.

Your goals can be created with small steps and give dates to these goals.

You could use your calendar.

You could set alarms to remind yourself of when to do what.

Think about for your goals,

When will you do that?

When is the best time?

When do you want to do it?

And when are you going to make the time to do it?

And then set your deadlines for these.

Now when you look at some areas of your life,

You may come across something and you may think,

Why did I not do that before?

Then question yourself,

Why?

Was there perhaps some sort of something in their subconscious holding you back?

Was there a block?

Was there a fear?

And investigate these.

Identify them.

Investigate them.

And then question yourself,

Are these fears true?

Are they really grounded in reality?

And then once you've set your goals and your intentions for today,

And this week,

And next week,

Prioritise them,

Schedule them in and make them happen,

Because you can make them happen.

You can do what you decide you want to do.

You can do whatever it is that you set your mind to.

You are courageous and brave.

You are powerful.

You have so much to give and so much to offer.

You are talented.

And you share your gifts with the world.

You are living your life on purpose and you're living a life full of joy and abundance.

Now,

This brings the guided part of the meditation to a close,

But I invite you to continue with the meditation,

To meditate to yourself silently as you set your intentions for today and beyond.

Namaste,

Blessings and peace.
