Chakra Balancing

I am inviting you with this recording to open your awareness to the realm of the seven chakras with visualisation and intentions. This is a practice I usually offer during Savasana in my yoga classes. I hope you enjoy it and find some new meaning and intention.

And your seated posture,

The ground below you,

Whether it is pillow,

Carpet,

Grass or chair supporting you.

And as you sit in this way,

Noticing the ground below you,

Maybe you notice your mind.

Trying to escape.

Your busyness of the morning,

Trying to catch up with you.

Maybe you can imagine a little child running after you and being like,

Wait,

Wait,

Wait,

Wait,

Don't stop playing.

I want to keep going.

Keep playing with me.

And then keep grounding yourself in your feet and root chakra.

Keep sensing the hearse,

Wood,

Carpet,

Fabric of your clothing taking you to the ground,

Taking you to the herbs,

Your toes,

Your ankles,

Your knees,

Your seat and seat bones,

Your pelvis.

And then the pelvis,

Pelvic bowl,

That watery element here of your lower chakra,

The second chakra where there is a creativity present,

Sensuality present.

Nice orangey color surrounding that area and breathing toward there.

As you breathe climbing up toward your belly,

All your digestive organs that maybe are walking hard right now because maybe you had branch or lunch a few moments ago.

Maybe the breath,

If they are present in your belly and you can let it go,

Fully inflating,

Deflating in the belly.

Having it in this yellowness.

Breathing and keep sensing the floor bellows,

The pelvis dropped and the belly breathing as you rise up toward the diaphragm,

Just at the birth of your rib cage there and try to sense your breathing there for a few rounds,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Even place a hand there on your solar plexus.

But this is the place in between,

In between the rear of the bellow and the rear arm of the above,

The material and the both spiritual.

Breathing there a few times.

And then climbing up,

Climbing up toward the chest and the heart center and the more breathing,

The more land,

Your arms,

Your hands,

The realm of love,

Of unconditional love.

Just a balance there in your heart.

As you move on to your throat and the blueness of it,

Notice the way you breathe through the throat,

The way your saliva comes down your mouth through your throat.

Notice any tension in the back of your neck.

And that's relationship with communication.

Right now you're listening,

Learning to listen to yourself inward and to my voice outward,

To the earth around you,

Maybe even the birds twiddling,

The passing of course.

And climbing up toward the third eye chakra and your intuition and connection to what doesn't need to be said,

What is most likely felt energetically,

That spiritual dimension as well is present.

Climbing up to the top chakra,

The crown chakra,

That balance there.

Maybe you can sense an harmony between your crown chakra and your lower chakra,

A container of your body energy from bottom to top and from top to bottom,

Connecting with universal truths,

Deep belief and wisdom,

Complete.

Imagine a few breaths moving from top to bottom and bottom to top.

And your place in your environment,

Whether it's your house,

A garden,

An apartment,

Your place in the universe.

Now you're meant to be exactly where you're at,

To learn exactly the lesson you need to learn.

No need to change anything of you.

You are perfect as you are and you can repeat that,

I am perfect as you are and I am on the journey I am supposed to take.

Perfect as I am,

On the journey path that I am supposed to learn and take.

You can imagine all the chakras illuminating themselves,

Red and orange and yellow and green and blue and dark blue and purple and white.

You are light.

And then imagine each of us here in the room being lights as well,

Being being of light,

Being of colors,

Emanating goodness and a sense of purpose and a sense of being where you are supposed to be,

Each and every one of you and a sense of being here to help create a better world altogether.

You can imagine yourself joining hands with each other person in this room,

In this meditation,

In this world,

Knowing you are not alone,

Physically,

Energetically.

We are all different.

We all have different shining colors and yet we are all here with that intention to better ourselves,

To heal ourselves and in this way to help heal the world.

And inhale and exhale.

Connect back with your seat,

Connect back with your support and when you are ready open your eyes.
