Friends so day three's journal prompt is all about connection my values are authenticity vulnerability empathy and connection and that connection piece comes from our stories and our experiences and my love of sharing those because our stories may be ours but they're not meant for us to just hold on to them and keep them under lock and key for ourselves so connection and gratitude so when we bring gratitude into our relationships with others friendships when we bring gratitude in it we create an atmosphere of love of resilient bonds strong bonds right so today's journal prompt is think about a relationship in your life that you would like to strengthen or improve and then I want you to ask yourself how can gratitude play a part how can gratitude strengthen that bond you know great being grateful for the people in our lives is is key because we don't express that gratitude some people may feel you know underappreciated you know the saying you know give people the flowers while they're still here to smell them I think it's important that we do that it's important that we recognize that the people in our lives are there to support us to guide us to love nurture us to teach us different lessons some people may be in your life for a season and so many people may be in your life forever but today's journal prompt is all about building on a relationship so choose a specific one that you would like to improve and then create a list of about three to five bullet points of how gratitude can play a part in strengthening that how can you express gratitude to someone that is in your life that you're grateful for right think through this dive deep and I will see you tomorrow
