Alright friends,
Day 6.
Day 6 I want you to turn your focus and your attention on you.
I want you to think about yourself and specifically a body part.
I want you to name a body part that you're grateful for.
A little bit different but it's fun,
A fun exercise to do,
Gratitude.
We often go throughout life not really paying attention to ourselves,
Right?
We don't give ourselves the self-love,
The self-care,
The self-appreciation and gratitude that I think we should.
Our bodies are not just shells,
Right?
They are a huge part of who we are.
And my favorite body part for me is my hands.
My hands hold,
They touch,
They feel,
They embrace,
Right?
I love to write.
I think that's really a big part of why I love my hands and I can put pen to paper and write.
But what is a body part that you're grateful for?
It could be your ears,
Your legs that get you from point A to point B,
Your arms that stretch and hug your loved ones,
Whatever it is.
I want you to name a body part and share in your journal why you're grateful for that body part.
Show that part of you love and appreciation and gratitude.
