What does that look like?
Have good foods,

Vegetables,

That's a good discipline.

It's just like start with the basics,
Have good sleep,
Under your sleep time,

Don't stay on social media,
Don't scroll before sleep.
Don't wake up with your phone,

Under it,
Make it more like a ritual.
I'm going to sleep now.
I'm going to wake up.
I'm going to,
You know,
Do some things before I engage with technology and so on,
Because your subconscious picks up right away upon what you're consuming,
Especially after sleep or before you sleep as well.
It picks up on that and you dream certain things because of what you saw online or,

Depends on what your habits are before sleep.
So self-discipline again,
It's,
Um,
It's coming from the basic,
The foundations of certain things in your life,
Workout,
Food and diet,
Sleep,
Um,
How healthy you live really your life.
That is a core self-discipline foundation that you have to have.
Like you cannot,
You know,
Consume all of this,
You know,
Alcohol,
Smoke and do all of these addictions and destructive habits and be creative.
It doesn't really work.
It just doesn't really work.
You're not tuning into the purest of what you can receive from the universe and bring that into manifestation.
So you need to really be self-disciplined with what you're consuming,
What you're ingesting into your physical body and also emotional,
Mental and spiritual body to,
Um,
Yeah,
To bring that,
Uh,
Because that will come out of you,
You know,
Eventually into your creation.
Then self-discipline can also be stuff like developing some nice,
Uh,
Extra habits like yoga.
Uh,
Maybe you want to do some yoga to empower yourself,
Uh,
More.
You want to,
You know,
Dance,
You want to do some,
You know,
To listen to some music,
Uh,
To read some nice things that are inspiring,
To really consume healthy stuff that empower you and inspire you.
And we're going to dive into this in the exercises because that alone,
