Welcome,
My name is Ale Garnica.
This meditation is a reminder of your worth.
Especially in those moments when self-doubt creeps in.
Through a loving reflection,
You will connect with the deeper truth of who you are,
Beyond what your mind sometimes tells you.
Allow this practice to help you see yourself fully,
With compassion,
Admiration and love.
Adopt a comfortable position,
While gently closing your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And breathe out through your mouth,
Letting go of all the tension in the body.
Another deep breath in through the nose.
And breathe out through the mouth,
Letting go of all the tension in the mind.
A last deep breath in through the nose.
And breathe out through the mouth,
Letting go of all the tension in the heart.
Take a few moments to be in complete silence.
Imagine that you are standing in front of a mirror.
Observing and feeling your own presence.
Observe your body setting aside any judgment.
Its posture.
Your face.
Its expression.
And connect with your eyes.
Gently place your hands on your heart,
While continuing to look at yourself eye to eye.
And open your heart to receive these words,
As if they were rising from within you.
My eyes see a beautiful human being.
A person filled with light and love.
My eyes see someone with the courage to face the challenges life has so generously gifted.
My eyes see someone who,
Even when things get hard,
Does what they can to keep going.
My eyes see the knowledge and wisdom collected through lived experience.
Through victories and failures.
My eyes see the resilience built in the presence of adversity.
My eyes see someone who loves deeply.
Who shows up with a full heart,
Even when their heart has been broken.
My eyes see a soul with a longing to live fully.
To feel joy.
To feel peace.
To feel alive.
My eyes see someone who sometimes feels lost,
But always finds their way.
My eyes see someone who makes mistakes,
But grows from them.
Welcoming the lessons with humble grace.
My eyes see someone who keeps showing up.
Who keeps trying.
And who never gives up.
My eyes see someone courageous,
Powerful,
And free.
My eyes see someone who,
Even when things feel daunting,
Dares to face them with graceful fearlessness.
My eyes see a beautiful body.
Alive.
Vibrant.
Filled with energy.
My eyes see what others cannot see.
Because only I know what I have lived through.
And who I truly am.
I am love.
I am light.
And no judgment,
No fear,
Will take that away from me.
While still looking into your own eyes,
Notice if any emotions are present.
Any emotion,
Or no emotion at all,
Is welcome.
While offering yourself gratitude for this moment of recognition,
Notice how the image of yourself in the mirror slowly begins to dissolve.
Gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room you are in.
Bring awareness to your body by gently moving your fingers and your toes.
Before closing the practice,
Let's take one deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And slowly,
At your own pace,
Open your eyes.
Thank you for meditating with me today.
