Welcome,
This is Alegra Nica.
This meditation is created to help you feel loved,
Supported and cared for.
You can do this meditation at any time but especially on those moments when you feel lonely.
I invite you to sit down or you can do this laying down as well.
Adopt any position that is comfortable for you.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes
and connect with your internal silence.
This space of calm,
Tranquility and peace.
And we're gonna do three deep breaths.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And one more,
Breathe in
and breathe out.
Now I invite you to imagine that you are standing in the middle of a big room.
The room is completely empty
and you're standing there right in the middle.
And suddenly you see how someone is approaching you.
And the closer they get,
The more clarity you have about who they are,
The more you can see their face,
Their body.
And you realize that is someone you love very,
Very much.
And choose any person that you love very,
Very much.
That's the person that is approaching you.
And just notice how they stand right next to you
on your right-hand side.
And then suddenly you notice that on the left side,
Another person is approaching.
And it's another person that you love very,
Very much.
And slowly,
They get closer to you and they just stand right next to you.
And then you see how all the people that you know start to
enter the room and get closer to you.
They are walking towards you.
Slowly,
They just get
closer,
Creating a circle
around you.
You are right in the middle.
Now,
All of them are facing you.
Suddenly,
You see that the room has been filled with all the people that you know.
Your friends,
Your family,
Your neighbors,
The people you work with.
Everybody's there.
And you see how they are smiling,
Expressing all this joy that they feel because they are there with you.
And you feel this energy of support,
Of love,
Of understanding and compassion.
Because all of them are feeling this towards you.
And you feel this energy of support,
Towards you.
It's almost like there's a very,
Very bright and powerful light
that is illuminating your whole body.
Your whole being is radiant
and makes you feel
like this is the place to be,
That there's no better place to be.
You notice how you are filled with joy,
Happiness,
Love.
It's almost like you cannot contain
that much power and that much light that you are receiving from all the people around you.
And it feels deeper,
Deeper inside you.
Look around and you see their eyes and they're even brighter than how they were before.
They are smiling even more.
The more love they give you,
The more they smile,
The happier they feel.
And you too.
The more love you receive,
The happier you feel.
Everybody is enjoying this moment.
Like if it was the only moment that existed in this world.
Like if you were the most important person in their world.
And you see how they start to hold each other's hands.
Like if they were brothers and sisters.
They're creating this community,
This bonding,
All because of you.
Just a few moments earlier they were strangers and now they are like if they've known each other
They are like if they've known each other for years.
And all because of you.
You are the piece that links them together.
If it wasn't because of you,
They wouldn't be there.
And if it wasn't because of you,
They would not experience this beautiful moment of joy and love.
Notice how they express this gratitude towards you.
In a way their eyes say thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for creating this moment for all of us.
And now imagine how each person starts to walk away to get out of the room.
You see how they are living in so much peace.
Feeling happy for what just happened.
And slowly each one of them is leaving the room.
One by one.
Until there's nobody left except from you.
Now I invite you to move your hands to your heart.
Just hold your heart like if you were treasuring all the love that you just received.
Stay with that love.
Acknowledge that the love is there,
Is within you.
Recognizing that the love you feel is something that exists because of you.
And now mentally repeat thank you.
Thank you.

I am love.
