I'm your Fairy Godmother.
It's been a long,
Long time since I've talked with you.
Close your eyes now and I'll show you how to see me.
With your eyes closed,
Very slowly take a long,
Deep breath in and breathe out very slowly.
Good.
Now do it again.
With each breath that you take in,
You're going to find yourself more and more relaxed,
Falling deeper and deeper into your pillow.
Breathe in deeply and slowly with your eyes closed.
Now breathe out again,
Very slowly.
Wonderful.
One more time.
You're feeling very,
Very relaxed.
You're falling deeper and deeper into your pillow.

Now keep your eyes closed and when I count to three in your mind,
A picture of me will pop in very clearly.
With your eyes closed now,

I'm wearing a beautiful long white dress.
My hair is long and very blonde.
I have a crown on my head and a magic wand in my hand.
I'm going to take you now on a wonderful journey with my magic wand.
I'm touching you now and putting around you beautiful golden white light.
This light will cover you from your head to your toes and with this light around you,
You can come with me if you want to,
To visit my castle in the land of love.
Take my hand and we'll float gently up above your bed,
Out through the top of your house and fly through the streets together,
Up,
Up,
Up into the sky.
We're floating now and you can look down and see how little the houses look and I will keep holding your hands and we'll fly higher and higher and higher and as we fly higher,
You'll start to feel very light and very happy and very free.
We're flying higher and higher and higher.
Now look straight ahead and up through the clouds and see all the stars in the sky twinkling,
Shining and shimmering just for you.
See over there,
Look above you and see the one that twinkles brighter than all the others and watch,
It's getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
We're flying closer and closer to the stars and in a moment we're going to fly straight into the star that is my home.
Now when I count to five,
We'll be right in front of my castle.
We're still flying higher and higher.
I'll count slowly to five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Here we are.
See the castle doors,
How beautiful and tall they are and listen very carefully.
What do you hear on the other side of the doors?
Listen.
If you listen very carefully,
You can hear the voices of my magical elves.
They're singing a song for you.
They've been waiting for you.
They're happy that you've arrived.
Now the doors are opening.
Look and see the land on the other side.
Look at the grass,
How green and beautiful it is.
The sky is so blue.
Smell the cherry blossoms in the trees and flowers everywhere.
Pink,
Blue,
Yellow,
Gold.
Smell the air.
It's full,
Full of the smell of all the flowers.
Here come the elves running and laughing.
See how little they are?
Only as tall as your knees.
They have many surprises for you.
See over there,
There's a long table,
That's it,
With little chairs around it for the elves and a big golden chair at the head of the table for you.
Look what's on the table.
There's cake and ice cream and cookies,
Pink lemonade for everyone.
And look at the end of the table by your chair.
There's a pile of presents there wrapped in golden paper with pink ribbon just for you.
Come and sit in your chair now and I will stand beside you.
I brought you here tonight to take all the hurt and all the pain and all the fear and all the anger inside of you now.
To take them out and fill you up with love and with strength and with happiness.
Look down at your heart.
See it wrapped in a bandage.
I'm going to take the bandage and unwind it from your heart slowly and carefully,
Unwinding and unwinding and unwinding slowly and carefully.
Right now at your heart,
There are little marks on it,
Little sores that haven't healed yet,
Sores that have stayed with you and hurt you.
From your pile of presents,
Take the little box right in front of you and open it up.
Look what's inside,
A beautiful green crystal heart shaped like a jewel.
This is for you.
This is your new heart.
Put it in my hand now and I'll place it over your old heart.
Feel how warm it is,
How comforting and how happy it is.
All the cuts and all the sores are healing now from the power of your beautiful new crystal heart.
The love inside of this new heart will stay with you now forever and ever.
Open up the next box and look inside.
It's a tiny golden door.
I'm going to take this door and place it on the top of your head and open the top of your head just a little bit.
Now I want you to breathe in very deeply.
Good.
As you breathe out,
See what comes out through the top of your head.
All the old ideas,
All the old fears,
All the old monsters,
All the old shadows,
All the ideas that you're not good,
That you're not beautiful,
That you're not perfect,
That you're not wonderful.
See the old fears and all of these thoughts that frightened you.
They're flying out now from inside of your head into the air,
Flying away forever.
Now look what I have in my hand.
It's a lovely glass filled with a golden white liquid.
In this liquid are all the beautiful thoughts that you will have from this moment forward in your mind.
The idea that you're a good child and that you're loved very much,
That you're perfect,
That you're beautiful,
That you're strong,
That you're safe,
That you're happy.
See now as I pour this liquid through the little door in the top of your head,
It's filling up your mind,
Going deeply,
Deeply into all the secret places in your mind,
Staying in your mind deeply,
Filling your mind forever with thoughts of happiness,
The thoughts of love,
Thoughts of strength,
Thoughts of power,
Thoughts of magic,
Thoughts of freedom.
Now I'll close the door and these thoughts in the golden white liquid will stay with you always.
Now look down at your belly button.
I'm going to take my magic wand and touch you just above your little belly button.
Make a tiny opening the size of a penny.
Breathe in deeply now,
Over and over and over again,
Deeply slowly.
Look down at this little opening each time you breathe out and see the black smoke that comes out from the little bitty hole.
See it come out in clouds,
Drifting high into the air,
Going away forever.
These are all your angers and all your fears and all the thoughts that you've had of not being safe.
See them flying out in front of you,
Drifting into the air,
Going away forever.
Now I take my magic wand and seal up the holes and look in front of you and open the biggest package on the table.
Look what's inside of this package.
Open it up.
It's a shining purple shield.
Stand up now and the elves and I will put the shield around you.
Feel yourself growing stronger and stronger and stronger with each breath as you wear this shield.
This shield will stay with you forever.
It will be invisible to everyone else,
But you will know that you're wearing the shield inside of you.
It will protect you and take care of you always so that you're always safe and you'll never have to be afraid of anything ever again.
Now my little elves will bring over that tall mirror.
Stand up and look into it.
Surprise!

Look into the mirror and see how strong you are with your new mind,
Your new heart,
Your beautiful,
Beautiful shield.
Look how lovely you are.
Look what a good little child you are.
Look how loved you feel.
Look at the light around you,
That golden white light that will stay with you forever and ever.

All of the elves are jumping up to give you hugs and kisses and wish you every happiness and blessing.

Through the big star that's the gate to my home,
Through the clouds,

See the houses getting bigger and bigger.
Far off we can see your house.
See it coming closer.

Down we go through the roof and as I count three,

At the count of one I'll let go of your hand and you'll be back in your own bed.

You're back in your own bed now,
Happy and warm and relaxed.
