Hey ladies,

Would you ever have thought that painting henna on your skin is good for your hormonal balance?

Today I'm speaking with Sachi Sundari,

Teacher and henna artist about the roots of henna art and its benefit for women's hormonal system.

Hello yogi,

Welcome to my podcast.

I'm Aiko and on this show we explore ways to put spiritual theory into sustainable practice.

Welcome Sachi Sundari,

I'm so happy to have you here and to see you again finally.

Me too,

I miss you so much.

So Sachi Sundari lives right now in Bulgaria and would you like to introduce yourself and tell us how you get in touch with yoga and how it influences your life?

So I'm,

As you mentioned,

I'm Sachi Sundari,

I'm born in Bulgaria and I started my journey in yoga many years ago.

Now I'm 41 so I was 18,

19 years old when I started to practice bhakti yoga and also hatha yoga together.

In the beginning my hatha yoga journey,

It was through some books and I was very,

How to say,

Enthusiastic to do all the complicated asanas by myself.

And of course it was very,

How to say,

Immature in the beginning my practice,

But slowly I found really wonderful teachers and I found in physical yoga and also in spiritual yoga wonderful masters and gurus and teachers who are guiding me.

In term of asana I'm practicing a younger style from let's say five years and so on.

And in bhakti yoga journey I'm from 20 few years.

Yes,

I love cooking as you know and I love drawing henna and I love also share my knowledge and whatever I learn with people because I'm teacher by profession.

So this is what I do,

I share,

I teach,

I travel,

I cook.

I have a garden,

I have a cat.

You do a lot of workshops with henna and with Vedic cooking.

So I would like to ask you now first about your henna because as you know I'm now making a course,

I'm preparing a course.

There is a free video available on my website about the inner cycle of the women according related with the menstrual cycle of course.

And you are also into this about henna and maybe you can explain just very briefly what henna is for those who don't know and how it's related also with the inner cycle of the woman.

Thank you for the question actually to speak briefly on henna is quite difficult for me.

I really love the topic and I hope not to give a lecture now.

Oh,

Please give a lecture.

I will try to speak shortly and please interrupt me for questions.

It's quite a big topic and of course whatever I know,

I know from really educated and learned women who did a lot of research on henna who did PhD and also their professors in culture.

So I'm complicating what I know from their knowledge and also from my personal experience in working with women.

So I started henna 10 years ago.

It was like it started like a joke,

Like many good things in life.

They start really like without any effort.

So I was teacher of Indian culture in New Bulgarian University.

I was doing with my students different workshops on Indian culture and I really want to say that for me learning should be related with fun,

With experience,

With emotions,

With trying,

With doing things not just have theoretical knowledge.

They should have to say to feel and to do the thing.

My course in university was,

It was how to say combination of 15 different workshops and we did a lot of wonderful things.

We did jewelry together,

Astrology,

We did dances,

Yoga,

Cooking.

And I also wanted to introduce them to the sacred makeup of India.

It's a huge topic because henna is not the only body art in India they practice.

And in this topic,

We introduce,

I introduce students to Tilak.

This is the symbol of different religions and spiritual paths in India.

I introduced themself to the theater and drama makeup and also henna as a festive and feminine ritual.

And in this moment I was completely new in henna,

I just bought from Indian shop few henna cons and I work more as a facilitator in this course.

So all together with my students,

We started to draw whatever it was in my image in our imagination on our hands.

And my first henna was so ugly,

So horrible,

But I love it so much.

And I,

In this moment I felt in love with henna.

I understood that henna is not about aesthetic.

It's not about even about art.

It's about magic and connecting,

As you mentioned with our not only inner circle,

But our inner woman in ourself,

Because there is a one really sleepy inner woman nowadays.

We're quiet with in male energy.

All of us,

We're doing careers.

We're studying.

We're fighting.

We are surviving.

We are very ambitious and our inner woman is crying for attention.

So I felt connection with my inner woman in this moment.

And I felt such a bliss and wonder and that I have something drawn my hands and I look so strange and funny,

But nice and artistic.

And I decided to start doing henna more professional.

So first I start learning henna by YouTube tutorials.

And after that I went to a wonderful conference in Hungary,

East West,

Mandy Meet for a few sessions,

Few years in sequence.

So,

And I learned from the best teachers there and it's how I started in henna.

But as I mentioned,

I like to share,

Not just to do it for myself and be the artist,

But to teach others.

So slowly I started workshops on henna.

Yeah,

That's very beautiful.

And can you explain to us how this is connected also with the inner cycle of menstrual cycle and the woman?

Yes,

Yes.

Thank you.

First of all,

Henna is a plant.

It's very important to introduce our public that henna,

It's not any kind of dye that we put on our body.

It's not body art technique,

It's a plant.

Henna it's in Arabic word,

Mandy's in India,

In Bulgaria we call it kana.

They have different names in different countries,

But it's a bush,

It's a plant.

And actually it's a very,

How to say,

It's a healing herb.

It's used in all mystical practices for women in countries in North Africa.

A lot of countries are there.

All Arab and Parisian cultures related with henna,

Like Middle East cultures and also South Asia.

So it's a plant that we are collecting,

Drying and how it's there,

Mixing in powder.

They make the henna in powder,

Smashing the leaves.

And after that we mix henna with wonderful essential oils,

Special essential oils.

Everything should be very beautiful,

Very organic,

Very natural,

No chemicals.

So it's my first appeal,

Don't buy any prepared henna from the shops.

It's not henna,

It's a dye,

It's a chemical.

Do your own henna.

And this henna,

All the ancient medicines,

I don't know how,

But they realized that henna is very,

It's curing,

It's very beneficial,

And it also has very mystical influence on women.

In Ayurveda,

In Arabic medicine and also in old African medicine.

Independently,

They found that henna is a miracle for ladies,

It's a miracle.

How to say it?

It's our herb,

It's our plant.

This is the plant.

When we apply henna,

Henna has so many benefits.

Whatever you put on your skin,

You're absorbing through the lymph system in the blood and it's going in the circulation to the different organs and parts of body.

So when we are applying this henna with oils on our skin,

The oil,

The essential oil of the henna,

It's a lavson,

This oil,

And it's also giving the color.

It's going in the circulation and it's increasing feminine hormones,

But in good way.

It's stimulating our body to produce feminine hormones,

Especially oxytocin,

So important to feel in love.

When you're in love,

Oxytocin is just coming.

You're like Fontaine of oxytocin.

When you are a mother,

When you have a baby,

When you're breastfeeding,

When you're happy,

When you're dancing,

Smiling,

When you are wearing a beautiful dress,

When you're having fun,

It's oxytocin.

We need this hormone so much nowadays.

So they realize that henna is increasing completely natural way in oxytocin in our body.

So it's making women more fertile,

More healthy.

That's super interesting.

Yes.

And the cycle is becoming regular,

Less pain,

Less headache,

Less cramps during cycle.

It's relaxing.

It's relaxing all the muscles inside and uterus especially,

But it's very important not to apply henna the first trimester of the pregnancy.

It could be too relaxing and we can lose the baby.

This is the only that we should know about henna.

Although too many artists are saying henna is completely 100% safe.

It's true,

But just in case,

Let's not use henna in the first three months of the pregnancy.

Otherwise,

Henna can be applied during the pregnancy,

Especially on the end.

You saw this big mandala on the belly.

It's so beautiful.

You make such a beautiful art.

Many artists are doing this.

It's so popular nowadays.

This is the tradition in so many cultures.

But let's start from the beginning.

In all cultures,

It's an initiation in the,

How to say,

In the world of the elders.

Like you're becoming a woman with the first menstruation and they celebrate this with the first henna.

Wow.

Like special,

Special celebration.

Of course,

In this,

How to say,

Traditional cultures,

They apply henna even on babies,

But you have a special festive celebration for yourself for the first menstruation in Morocco,

In Africa,

In the West,

India.

In Morocco,

What I know from my teacher Fatima,

They dress a girl as a bride.

It's symbolic.

It's very important to notice this.

It's symbolic.

So she's becoming a bride,

But to whom I was really thinking,

Bride,

But bride connecting with the Lord,

With the God,

With the divine.

And first,

It's such a wonderful tradition.

First you connect yourself with the divine,

With the Lord,

Then connect yourself with the mundane man.

First find yourself,

Your wholeness.

Find your inner,

How to say,

Meaning,

Then connect with other.

So they dress the girl with a special dress and they put henna on her boat,

Hands and feet.

And after that,

They dance and have fun and sing.

Henna is always about singing and having a good food and dancing and be with beloved women in your life,

Your relatives and friends,

And to be always supported.

Henna is not a single art.

It's a community art.

So important to notice this.

And I'm really,

How to say,

Starving to have this ancient meaning of henna,

Not as just body art,

Something fashion,

Modern brand.

It's uniting.

It's uniting women.

It's about be together and to give each other strength and support.

And I always say to girls,

Do henna to each other,

Not to yourself.

Just find your,

Grab your friend's hand,

Do henna on her.

And then she will do for you and you're going to exchange.

And this is the first ritual,

The first menstruation.

After that,

There is more information in Arabic sources and African resources.

They did henna after each and every menstruation as a purification of the women body.

Yes.

After in all the cultures,

Menstruation is considered and pure periods.

And pure in terms,

Not only because we are bleeding,

But they say the evil spirits are very eager to influence our mind and body that we are very weak in this period.

And it's recommended when we are in menstruation to be in very calm environment,

To relax,

To be very relaxed,

Not to wear any,

How to say,

Tight clothes or to have too much jewelry or to make hair dress,

Some special things.

Just relax.

Put your pajamas and just stay home and have really,

Really peaceful time.

It's time to regenerate your energy.

And what say are your red and other sources?

The truth,

The first three days are so important of the menstruation.

And if we are taking proper care the first three days,

We're going to have enough energy the rest of our lunar month.

Yes,

The rest,

Let's say 28 or 30 days depends of personal specifics.

But if you exhaust yourself the first days,

You are really going to be without energy and tired and nervous.

And it's so important to have restoration.

And after the,

Let's say,

Six,

Seven days of menstruation,

Middle East women,

Especially from Muslim background,

But not only because,

And it's so ancient even before religions,

You know,

It's so ancient.

Thousands and thousands of years old.

But this was the tradition.

They went to the hammam,

The public bed,

Where with the water,

Mineral water,

They were purifying not only the body,

But also the aura,

The spiritual body,

Energy body.

And after that they play a lot of henna on themselves,

A lot of henna on the feet,

On the hands.

Also in Persia,

The Persian culture,

They apply henna full body,

You know,

Full body.

It was so beautiful with a lot of drawings of animals and plants and some mystical symbols and some magical symbols for protection for beauty.

And it's how the body was becoming a piece of art.

Full body henna,

So beautiful.

They spent full day in surroundings of other women in this hammam,

But like six,

Eight hours just relaxing,

Purifying themselves doing henna.

Of course it was in a more,

How to say,

Appropriate for aristocratic women.

They have a lot of time.

It's why in Arabic and Persian culture,

They called henna the luxury art,

Luxury art because you need one thing,

Very special,

But very costly thing,

Your time.

And when you are,

Let's say a servant or slave or just worker,

You don't have time to go for full day in hammam and have fun.

So they did simple henna,

But all women,

They did henna.

Doesn't matter of the position.

On the end of the cycle,

They just like take a full bath,

Wash their hairs,

Put henna on the hair,

Put henna on full body.

And this is like what we know from Arabic and African medicine.

In India,

Henna is more related with divine occasions and festivals related with connection between like a soul and gods,

Like to have enlightenment.

The color of henna is significant for Vedic culture,

Is symbolic of the connection with the divine knowledge,

Divine wisdom and divine light.

More with spiritual,

Less with medical use,

But yes,

They use henna as a healing process as well.

And henna is also very important part of pregnancy.

I personally don't put henna on pregnant women.

I really prefer not to take any risks.

Because we are really,

How to say,

We have this tendency,

I'm pregnant,

Let's do everything on myself.

Let's start yoga.

Let's start all kinds of therapies.

Let's start henna.

No,

If you're used to do these things before,

Just continue,

But don't experiment with your body and be overexcited to start everything new exactly when you're very,

How to say,

Such a gentle condition.

And I start doing henna on pregnant women in eight or nine months when they're pregnant,

Almost on the end,

Like the last weeks.

And we did full belly.

And also I recommend them to do the hands and feet.

It's how they will produce for themselves this oxytocin.

No need to put injections in the hospital.

And this is a really horrible practice to put oxytocin on women.

And it's very painful for the muscles and they recover very difficult after giving a birth.

So this is what we can do for ourselves.

A lot of henna before giving a birth,

A lot of henna.

And henna also is calming the nerve system.

Psychologically,

It's very good anti-depressant,

Natural anti-depressant,

But really natural.

It's not giving any bad influence on the mind or nerve system or our psychic condition.

It's calming.

And according to your weather,

Henna is calming pitadosa,

Pita,

Inflammations,

Anger,

All kinds of problems with inner organs,

Digestion,

Liver,

Skin,

With the eyes,

With the blood.

It's very good purifying.

It's why henna is considered a natural purifier for the blood.

And another really beautiful reason to put henna,

It's keeping our skin and hair and nails very strong and very beautiful and shiny.

So after giving a birth,

It's a very important period,

Postpartum period.

I don't know what is your impression,

But here in Bulgaria,

I noticed that they put a lot of attention on pregnancy and then whatever.

And girls are left alone with their babies,

Struggling to be the best mothers,

To give their lives and health and time and sleep and eat and everything to the baby.

Nobody's taking care of the postpartum girls.

Somehow it's so important to do that.

It's even more important.

So during the pregnancy,

Somehow the universe and the nature is taking care.

We are,

We,

We of course take good care for ourselves,

But what is happening in the belly,

It's not under our control after all.

It's a divine process.

So I really want to stress on postpartum care.

And in India,

Especially they started in Africa,

They started do henna from the first day,

First day.

You give a birth,

They wash you,

They wash the baby.

And even before be able to get up,

They put henna on your hand,

Both hands and your feet.

So you're unable to get up.

You should lie and you should be able and prepared to take care.

So to be,

How to say,

Open to receive care.

Otherwise you want to jump,

To take the baby,

To take care,

To feed the baby,

To clean the house,

To do so many things.

No,

You have your henna.

They put the baby on your breast.

You just relax with your henna.

You're beautiful.

You're a mother.

You're connected with the mother earth.

And when you have henna on both feet and hand,

Your oxytocin is starting again to increase breastfeeding.

Milk is coming stronger and you're recovering easy,

Very easy from the birth.

And they started to do henna in India sometime in the first day,

Sometime on the seventh day,

Depends of the region and tradition.

But during,

Let's say two months,

Every week they put a lot of henna in other cultures as well to recover the girl,

To recover.

And she feels again,

Beautiful.

It's very important that we feel quite ugly and unattractive after giving her birth.

Yes.

Because our body's changing.

We are not in the best shape.

Our hormones are becoming to jump,

Jump up and down.

So henna is helping to recover hormone balancing body.

And a beautiful ritual I knew from a client from Yemen.

And the girl,

Like in Bulgaria,

40 days,

Baby and mother are isolated,

Safely isolated.

It's like a prevention of any kind of sickness or illness or bacterias or whatever.

Or even they say evil eyes,

Somebody who is handy protecting the mother and baby physically,

But also spiritually energetically.

And beautiful ritual in Yemen,

I suppose they have similar in other countries,

But I know this from my client.

When the 40 days are over,

They put henna,

But like bridal henna,

Bridal henna on her body.

And she's dressed up again as a bride with the beautiful white dress.

She put a lot of jewelry.

She make her like hair,

Makeup,

And she's virgin again.

It's considered that women after 40 days after the birth,

When they purify themselves with this ritual,

They're virgin again.

Because giving a birth is such a purifying process.

It's purifying us spiritually.

And she's introduced again to her husband.

They have again,

A romantic night together.

Giving the connection a life.

This tendency after giving a birth to forget about the husband.

In pedagogy,

We were studying that many marriages,

They're really damaged after giving a birth,

Having a baby in the family.

A woman is not taking care of herself.

She's not taking care of the husband.

She's not prepared psychologically how to take care of wife and fights are starting.

So these are beautiful rituals.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

Yes.

So this is about how to recover from giving a birth and the one very,

How to say a little bit sad topic,

But abortion when girls are having natural or doesn't matter abortion.

It's also important to take the same care as support part on care,

At least for one week to lay down and to receive a lot of Hannah and care and to relax and let your body to recuperate and gain strength again.

So Hannah is a part of each and every,

Let's say joyful or sad moment of our feminine life.

It's just part of us.

I give again a lecture.

This is so beautiful because it's so true.

Often people think they give things for granted,

Like,

Oh,

She give birth,

It's the second child or this or that,

Or now the life starts again because also you have to work,

You have to,

Or the father has to work,

You have to take care of the house and this and that.

So they totally forget the emotional part,

The energetical part.

Yes.

And physical part.

Yeah,

Exactly.

It's such an enormous miracle just to give birth to another living entity.

And as you say,

The postpartum time,

It's so important also psychologically.

It says that most of the women who suffer of postpartum,

Depression,

The husband doesn't even realize that they are suffering from depression.

Because this is the meaning of Hannah to prevent.

There is a lot,

I will mention one beautiful website.

It's free resource of Hannah page,

Simple,

Hannah page.

Com.

You will put the link,

Whatever I know about Hannah,

You know,

Like theory of Hannah,

I know from this website.

I'm very grateful for the lady who wrote all these books for us.

And please let us read these books.

They're not,

They're just for,

You know,

Dormant jewelry.

These books are for us to start reading them.

It's an open source.

She has a beautiful book,

Hannah and Menstruation,

Child World Postpartum.

It's the name of the book.

Whatever I know,

I know this,

I know it from this book.

She has Hannah in different traditions,

Styles.

Of course,

As an artist,

I'm receiving a lot of inspiration from the models and different styles and you know,

Graphical,

How to say,

Graphical books she posted.

Her name is Catherine,

But her PhD research is,

She's a PhD.

She's a professor of culture and these are her very scientific researches there.

So it's not just some legends,

Some imaginations.

It's a scientific,

Academic research about Hannah as a plant,

As a tradition,

As a ritual and how Hannah is influencing our body and light and health.

And also another thing about Hannah,

Hannah is a magical ritual.

It's something very special about Hannah.

It's not a common plant.

All the cultures are saying that Hannah is coming from another world.

Yes.

So in India,

They say it's coming from the spiritual world.

It's a gift from goddess Lakshmi,

Goddess of fortune,

The divine feminine energy.

It's her gift for us to connect with her,

You know,

To gain strength from her.

In Islamic world,

They say Allah gave this plant to people and it's from the paradise and it's connecting us with Allah and paradise.

In Africa,

Barbarian culture,

They say that Hannah is coming from the world of the spirit,

From the world behind.

That's so beautiful.

So Hannah,

It's a magical plant and there is nothing dark because when we hear about magic,

Some esoteric knowledge,

Occultic knowledge,

Sometimes we may be a little bit concerned.

Is it a good thing or no?

Hannah is always light.

It's a good thing.

It's from the light side.

It's from the,

You know.

Yeah.

The positive magic.

Positive magic.

It's a beautiful magic.

It's a divine blessing for us.

That's super beautiful.

And you're doing so many events with Hannah all the time.

You're very famous in Bulgaria for that.

It's super beautiful to see all the pictures.

And would you recommend,

How can you,

Like if some woman now want to like read more,

We give a link,

But if they want somehow to practice or to order Hannah or to use them in their daily life,

How,

What would you recommend to them?

I would recommend to them,

First of all,

To not be afraid because Hannah,

We do Hannah on our skin and what I see amongst many ladies who are participating on the workshops,

They're afraid because Hannah is staying at least for one,

Two weeks on our skin.

And my first recommendation is not to be afraid and to be,

To,

To wake up our inner child.

What is,

What,

What is difference between us and children?

Children are not afraid to make mistakes.

They know making mistakes is a process of learning.

We learn and we,

We found and we are doing new things by doing a lot of mistakes and making mistakes is a fun,

It's a fun process.

And in one moment we are becoming adults and we have this problem,

This really big issue in our mind.

Now I should do everything perfect.

I am grown up.

I should be perfect.

And it's,

I think it's our main problem to have so much stress,

So much depression,

So much,

Much excited,

So much panic attacks.

I'm talking from my,

My personal perspective because I'm also going through this beautiful,

Let's say the features of our civilization.

And when I analyze myself,

Why I'm suffering from such conditions because I want to be perfect.

I want to be the best.

I want to make no mistakes.

I want just to be,

You know,

We want to be something that we are not and I,

And we forget that the process,

It's the journey is most important.

And being,

Being a child,

You're doing funny things,

You're making mistakes,

You're silly and you're having,

You're laughing a lot.

You have some ugly Hannah,

But you have fun that everybody was here for the ugly Hannah for two weeks and you have to explain,

But it's a beautiful moment.

You can explain to so many other people what you're doing.

I have a new hobby.

I have a new thing in my life.

I'm doing Hannah and I will learn and next time I'll do for your,

For you as well.

So this is my first recommendation.

Don't be afraid.

Just take a Hannah and do Hannah.

You can do Hannah on your legs,

On your feet.

Nobody will see,

Especially now it's so cold everywhere.

So we're dressed up nicely.

Put Hannah and children are the best models.

They don't mind to have all kinds of Hannah.

So my first models and I experiment on my friends' children.

I just,

Of course it matters per initial and we were,

We were learning on the children and on ourself.

And it was so nice because we exchange so much fun with children and love,

You know,

And it's other thing.

Hannah nowadays become a fine art,

But I want to bring Hannah back to the root,

Back to the source.

Hannah,

It's not a fine art.

Hannah is a magical healing process.

It's something that it's a craft that we do at home.

It's for everybody.

Everybody can do Hannah.

It's why I'm doing so many courses and workshops.

My intention is not to create new generation of Hannah artists if they want,

Fine.

My intention is to create awareness that Hannah is for each and every women.

Everybody,

Every lady,

She can do Hannah freely.

Small dots,

Small figures,

Something simple doesn't matter.

The healing purpose of Hannah,

Of the paste,

Of the plant is most important than the picture or the drawing or the symbol.

Of course,

Symbols are important,

But start doing Hannah.

Hannah is for everybody.

Don't and don't be like,

Don't expect yourself to become very,

Very super,

Super,

Super good to show your art to others.

Just experiment with yourself,

Have fun,

And how to start doing Hannah.

There is plenty of free tutorials in YouTube and this is a resource Hannah Page,

Magnificent work they did.

So everything is free.

We should just go and don't be lazy and do Hannah.

Everything is online and it's free.

Of course,

It's fun when you have a teacher.

I love to have,

I love to have a live classes,

Not online,

But live classes.

Having like real life experience,

Sharing with the students and it's so fun and it's so,

How to say for me,

Social source of enthusiasm.

I can take their hands and like,

You know,

In the school with like little children to guide their hands doing the first lines.

But even if you don't have a life to like a teacher,

There is also plenty of online classes.

Many colleagues around the world,

They're doing this class.

And another thing,

When if you want to buy a Hannah and you are afraid to start mixing for yourself in the beginning,

Find a real Hannah artist in your region.

All of us,

We're doing extra Hannah and our friends,

Students or clients,

They can buy Hannah from us and have fun at home because we can guarantee that what we put in Hannah,

Maybe on our cons,

There is no letters.

There is no,

You know,

Like it's not fabric made,

But I can tell you what I put.

I put Hannah powder.

I put lavender oil.

I put water.

I put sugar.

That's it.

And if I put another type of oils,

I also mentioned them to the clients in case somebody has some rare,

Rare allergy,

But lavender oil.

And you know that the best lavender is lavender always from Bulgaria.

So I'm really blessed to be here close to the source.

I'm buying a beer organic lavender oil directly from the producer.

A lady,

She has a small,

How to say farm for lavender.

And it's a close process immediately from the future is making dough and I'm buying the soil.

Nothing is put inside.

It's just the nature.

So if you want to mix your own Hannah paste,

There is a lot of online shops for suppliers,

A lot of suppliers for Hannah artists.

They are selling oils,

Hannah powders,

Different,

You know,

Like plastic bags,

Whatever you need to make your own cons.

And it's such a wonderful experience.

We started actually our conversation about cooking,

But we are talking about Hannah cooking.

Hannah is another wonderful moment.

You're cooking your Hannah.

It's like a ritual to mix your Hannah to put,

To measure all the ingredients,

To put everything in the bowl,

To mix it,

To let it release for like a night then to mix the gain.

It's a whole process.

And it's a lot of,

How to say,

It's like a meditation because all the oils are such a wonderful,

Relaxing oils and you're in such a deep relaxation and meditation doing this Hannah paste and preparing the cons.

The super beautiful.

And you put your own energy mixing the Hannah by yourself,

Your love,

Your intention.

Yeah,

I definitely want to do other episodes with you where we can talk more about Hannah and cooking.

Yeah,

The very cooking so important.

And yeah,

I think for today it's okay.

I'm so grateful.

And of course I will put all your links in the description if someone is interested and maybe we can,

We talk about our sources.

We can do some collaboration.

We were talking before about it.

It will be nice.

We can think to present something really beautiful for the ladies,

Yoga and Hannah and different symbols how we can draw for on ourself and you can present and you will present different asanas during our cycle and we can combine this with different symbols and meditation.

Nice.

Thank you.

We have a deal.

Yes.
