Hey,

Let's meditate.

Find a comfortable sitting position.

And sit in a seat that makes you feel at ease and comfortable.

Start to notice your breath.

Be conscious of the air as it comes into your lungs and out of your lungs.

Slowly breathe in,

Slowly breathe out.

Slowly shift your focus from your breath to your thoughts.

Focus on being aware of what you're thinking and feeling at this moment.

Notice the thoughts as they come in and allow your thoughts to fade away.

Allowing yourself to just sit here with your thoughts,

Practicing mindfulness for sustainability.

Sitting in meditation or sitting in a mindful practice allows us to make decisions that meet our own needs.

And without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs.

Take a moment to just sit here being mindful of your thoughts.

And then be mindful of your feelings,

How you feel at this moment,

How you feel right now.

One of the many benefits of a regular mindful practice is that it can also inspire more eco-friendly habits.

Stay focusing on your feelings,

Feeling them as they come without judgment.

There's no right or wrong way to feel your feelings at any given moment.

Feel your feelings.

Allow this mindful practice to lead you to the feeling of connectedness with nature and your surroundings.

Keep observing your surroundings,

Notice everything around you.

Shift your attention to your breath,

To your inhale as you invite yourself back into your meditation seat.

Inhale,

Reach both hands up.

Exhale,

Hands to your head center.

Thank you,

Thank you so much for meditating with me.

Namaste.
