Welcome love.

You've arrived at this moment just as you are.

There's nothing you need to fix or change.

Just allow yourself to be.

Lie down comfortably.

Let your body rest in a way that feels safe and supported.

Let your arms rest beside you or over your heart if that feels comforting.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and a long,

Gentle exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in support.

Feel yourself held by the ground beneath you.

Let go of the need to carry anything alone.

Begin to notice your breath.

Just observe it.

Let each breath soften you.

Let each breath anchor you.

Now feel the points of contact between your body and the surface below.

Let your body grow heavier with each breath.

Softer.

Safer.

Supported.

Now scan your body gently.

Bring your attention to your head.

Your neck.

Your forehead.

Jaw.

Let them all relax.

Your neck and shoulders.

Release any weight you've been carrying.

Let it melt into the earth.

Let it rise and fall with the breath.

There's a heart in there beating still here.

Now your belly.

Hips.

Legs.

All soft.

Now bring your awareness to the space around your heart.

You may imagine a gentle light glowing there.

It's warm like a candlelight.

This light is the energy of love.

Of your deepest self.

Of healing.

With every breath imagine this light expanding.

It wraps around your heart like a warm blanket.

You are safe to feel here.

You are safe to heal here.

If you feel any heaviness,

Sadness,

Tension,

Don't push it away.

Just notice it.

Greet it like an old friend.

You can whisper to it,

I see you.

I'm here with you.

We can rest now.

Take a moment to acknowledge whatever is present for you.

Grief.

Frustration.

Guilt.

Even numbness.

There's no judgment here.

This space is yours.

Whatever you're feeling is welcome.

Now imagine just for a moment that every inhale draws in love and support.

And every exhale releases a bit of what no longer is needed.

Breathe in support.

Breathe out pain.

Breathe in compassion.

Breathe out tension.

You don't have to let it all go at once.

But for now let yourself feel lighter.

Let yourself be held in this healing.

Let yourself be seen.

Let yourself be loved by you.

Let these words move gently through you.

It's okay to feel.

It's okay to soften.

I honor my emotions.

I trust my heart to heal.

I am worthy of love even now.

I am already healing.

Feel these words settling into your body.

Into your heart.

Like warm rain on dry soil.

Let them nourish you.

There is nothing more to do.

You have shown up for yourself in the most beautiful way.

Feel your heart resting.

Feel your breath slowing.

Feel your whole body softened by presence.

If you wish to fall asleep now,

Let yourself drift.

If you are ready to return,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes and gently come back to this space around you.

You are hell.

You are healing.
