Cat de des negam ca avem nevoie de o pauza mentala? Cu aceasta scurta practica de mindfulness putem crea un obicei simplu in care dam mintii un moment de respiro, ancorand atentia pe ceva din prezent. Muschii mintii functioneaza si ei pe principiul muschilor antagonisti: cand ne ancoram atentia pe senzatiile efective sau pe ceva din prezent, atunci cealalta parte din noi care e ocupata cu ganduri, rezolvat de probleme, facut de toate - ia o pauza.
