Welcome to this two-minute meditation.

I'd like to invite you to get comfortable in any seat or laying position that feels good for your body.

Begin to relax and feel the ground rise up to meet you.

Root into your sit bones and everything that supports you.

Beginning to feel the strength and the rooting down through the back body and a gentle relaxation and openness in the front body.

Let your chest open,

Your heart radiate,

And begin to breathe.

Breathe as naturally as what works for you,

Just witnessing at first and noticing all the sensations in the body and how you're showing up today.

There's no wrong way to do this.

Simply lean in and breathe.

From here you can begin to prolong your exhales,

Creating longer exhalations as you root down into what is supporting you from below.

See how that begins to lift,

Lengthen,

And align your body.

There's an incredible energetic system that runs up and down the spine and when we straighten our spine but maintain a relaxed,

Open composure,

We can fully ventilate the lungs which are a source of energy.

Breathing is something that happens automatically but when we actually come in to witness it and begin to cultivate its power,

There's a profound shift that happens in our life and the way we engage with it,

Knowing we can always come back to the breath.

So prolong your exhales,

Focus on the small pauses between inhale and exhale,

And feel your body start to strengthen through the back body and relax through the front body.

Following my voice,

Relaxing,

Accepting the present moment which demands nothing of you but ease and breath.

I invite you to keep breathing here in the space of awareness for as long as you need.

Namaste.
