My friends,
This is a quick meditation to call your power back.
So please get comfortable.
Have a seat,
Lay down,
Extend your spine,
Begin to breathe,
Noticing,
Even smiling a little because you get to take this time to just rest in your own energy and call your power back.
Begin to notice your exhales,
Extending them slowly but surely,
Let your body relax,
Sinking into whatever is supporting you beneath you,
Feeling the room around you,
Hugging you,
The air touching your skin,
Come into your felt experience by breathing and observing.
Close your eyes if they're not already or soften your gaze.
Feel the back of your eyes unclench as you begin to go inward,
Breathing,
Drop your shoulders,
Extend your exhales,
Surrender and release.
Whatever is going on in your life,
Whatever is running through your mind,
Wherever you find yourself,
Release everything.
You don't need to hold anything right now.
You get to call back your power through breath,
Through presence,
And through visualization.
Begin to imagine your org field around you,
Bright light,
Whatever color resonates or that you see automatically.
Intuitively follow what your heart sends to your brain and images and visuals.
Follow that,
Tap into your inner self,
Your inner compass.
As you imagine that light extending out around you,
Almost like expanding with your breath.
Each exhale,
Expanding,
Each inhale,
Pulling it in.
As you have your next inhale and you pull that light and energy back in.
Imagine calling in all of the energy that might be outside of your own aura,
Outside of your own space,
Still sitting in rooms,
On transit,
Along the way,
All the places you've been.
A little bit scattered as we move through the world,
Engaging with people and things and setting down little bits of our power,
Our energy.
Sometimes losing a bit of our autonomy and sovereignty,
Losing touch with our groundedness,
Feeling our feet on the floor,
Staying in our power,
It's challenging.
So this is the practice.
Keep breathing and keep calling back that power.
Set an affirmation or a mantra that feels good for you.
My power is mine again.
I am in my power.
I know who I am.
I remember who I am.
Whatever works or resonates for you.
Breathe into it.
Seeing your light move and quake as your breath rises and fall.
See how powerful you are.
You can't even imagine fully what you are capable of and what you represent as the universe is experiencing itself through you.
You deserve to have your own power back.
Breathe into it.
Your power is yours.
Declare it so.
Your power is yours.
Declare it so.
I'm sovereign.
I am wise.
I am grounded.
Let yourself ease back into your natural breath.
Feel energized and just take a minute to fully appreciate that sense of light and energy and power around and within you.
That gets to be with you throughout your day and you can come back here as often as you need to come back to it,
To engage with it and to cultivate it into something greater.
