This short guided meditation is a gentle check-in with your body, breath, and present moment. Through simple awareness and soft relaxation cues, you’re invited to settle into stillness without pressure to change anything. Noticing the breath, releasing tension, and allowing the body to soften creates space to reset without needing to fix or change yourself. This practice is especially supportive during moments of overwhelm, busy days, or anytime you need a brief pause to return to yourself. By giving yourself permission to stop and be present, you naturally restore energy, clarity, and calm before moving back into your day.

Namaste my friends.

Welcome to the short,

Simple,

Effective,

Energetic check-in.

Start by simply arriving,

Grounding into your body,

The present moment,

The space around you.

Feeling your feet on the floor,

Or if you're sitting,

Feeling your sit bones root into the earth below you,

Feeling as though the earth rises to meet you.

Close your eyes if it feels comfortable and safe for you to do so,

And simply imagine your surroundings around you.

Becoming fully present in this unrepeatable time and space,

Become aware of your breath,

Not seeking to change it,

Simply feeling it going on its own.

Notice the air touching your skin.

Give yourself permission to relax and truly notice where you're at and how you truly feel.

Notice any tension in your body without trying to change it.

Give yourself the acceptance and peace of this present moment,

Simply witnessing,

Releasing anything you feel you need to do,

Anywhere you need to go,

Knowing that by taking this time for yourself,

You're making it easier to accomplish all the things that you want to.

You're filling your cup,

And checking in and seeing where you're really at and what your body really needs.

I invite you to extend your exhales ever so gently.

Imagining the diaphragm or the belly expanding,

With each inhale,

Expansion,

And with each exhale,

A long,

Slow release.

Take a few breaths.

Continue to witness.

Allow your body to soften,

Relaxing the temples,

The jaw,

The space behind the eyes,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Glide away from your ears,

Letting the elbows grow heavy,

Letting the front body expand and open,

And the back body stays strong,

Holding you up effortlessly,

With your spine long and straight,

Tucking your chin,

Extending through your crown.

Relax your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

And the backs of your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

And your feet.

Surrender fully for this moment,

And give yourself credit for taking this time to release,

Revitalize,

And come back home to yourself.

I invite you to take the deepest breath you've taken all day,

And when you're ready,

Returning to the space around you,

Wiggling the fingers and toes,

And patting the eyelashes open.

You've done amazing.

Namaste.
