Sometimes the world will tell you your trauma “isn’t that bad.” It will try to reframe it, minimize it, or compare your pain to someone else’s — as if that’s the point. But when someone speaks about trauma, they’re not seeking comparison — they’re seeking balance. They’re trying to return to themselves. This is a steady, grounding reminder for the moments when you feel invisible, dismissed, or overwhelmed. You’re not overreacting. You’re not broken. And you’re not crazy. You are healing. You are valid. You are real. And there are so many of us who understand. Let this track remind you — as many times as you need — that your pain is seen, your return to self is sacred, and you're never alone.

The whole world will tell you that your trauma is not that bad.

An attempt to cast a lighter view.

And whatever you're presenting them with,

They'll try to see you as somehow better off than others,

Even still.

Which is all besides the point,

And a waste of energy,

And a way to jump into controversy when really,

Behind someone advocating for their trauma,

Is someone really just trying to get back to their equilibrium.

Our experiences,

The ones we don't choose,

They affect the way our body,

Our mind,

The way we function.

Nobody makes noise about trauma or about stress unless they're trying to find themselves again after it.

This is an isolating and invalidating journey at times.

But you are not alone in this.

I too have experienced this and continue to.

Our solace is that we have each other spread out throughout the world.

Many of us who can recognize each other and with our eyes say,

Me too,

I know,

Don't worry.

We have our breath,

Our bodies that have carried us through everything.

And we can always return to this peace no matter what we have experienced and what we continue to.

We are never alone in ourselves,

And there's so many people out there experiencing the same.

We will come together.

Things will get better.

You are deeply loved.

Come back anytime you need to be reminded of this.

Namaste.

You are continually making this world and our communities a better place. And the fact that you use your platforms to promote peace and change for the betterment of our own lives to show our true selves and yourself as well. I’ve said it time and time again you are an amazing inspiration for many myself includied. You have a profound gift and you use it to help others. Many people use it for personal gain, you are the complete opposite of that. Your messages are always on point even if they are or seem scatter-brained at times. Your messages add a real value to so many of our personal lives. We may never know to the fullest extent how much our impact is, however that shouldn’t stop us from being ourselves and continuing to be just us! That in and of itself is totally “banana-pants”! Love you and your words hold true. Namaste 🙏

Listen to these words, and listen again, for myself, this is a description of the journey that brought me here, through a world of criticism, trauma, self doubt, accusations, bullying, gaslighting and prejudice, and the often misunderstood trauma of chronic physical and mental illness, to a place of comfort, calming reassurance, compassion, understanding, empathy and above all, acceptance 🙏🏻💖. And Adriana has turned my life around with the very same qualities that you can hear in her voice and her words in this beautiful and thoughtful, empathetic track 🙏🏻💖🕊️. I have already returned to listen many times and I will be listening again frequently 👍🏻🙏🏻.Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful track ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨✨
