As you are maybe listening to this in the recording,

You may not know that it is Sunday here in the Midwest,

And the United States,

And it is a beautiful,

Chilly day.

I am so excited to just connect in with this group.

I have to say,

This is one of the most amazing things that we have done.

You know,

I know I say that about a lot of things.

I just am amazed by joy and I,

By the things that we are working with.

I started posting some of the events for this year in my Facebook page,

And actually,

I mean,

It's like,

How can you get a longer Facebook page title than that?

And I'm thinking,

What a wonderful life that I live.

I mean,

I'm so grateful for each of you,

So grateful for joy.

So just embrace all of this in gratitude.

And I love starting my day with each one of you.

Going into heart coherence,

Like we talked about a little bit before we got started.

And just breathing into that.

So thank you all for getting up early or I don't know where you live,

Staying on late to join in these forces.

We only have two more days left.

And as I was telling Leslie before we opened up the recording,

I think I'm going to have to get one of my own programs just to keep this going.

Just because it's pretty beautiful.

I'm a little sleepy.

You know,

That's okay.

I woke up this morning bright and early at 5am and thought,

Why am I awake?

So I got up and started to read and couldn't concentrate and just sat in the stillness and just breathed.

It was pretty,

Pretty wonderful.

Yeah.

Yummy.

And Sunday,

Happy Sunday.

Happy Sunday to everyone.

I actually posted this event on Facebook.

So we may get some new folks today.

I was actually listening last night to one of the recordings from our website from one of the channelings that we did in Egypt with Cryon.

Pretty cool.

Pretty cool.

I have to say.

Anything you want to share with anybody before we get started,

Joy?

I don't think so.

I'm still waking up a little bit on this end.

Sorry,

It slept in my alarm.

I get it.

I spoke to several this morning and only got a response from a couple.

So anyway,

I'm going to mute your microphone,

Joy.

Okay.

And I'm just going to take another sip of coffee.

Just to let you know,

There will be several moments of silence in this meditation.

So don't think that there's a problem unless you get cut off.

But there will be some moments of silence.

Let's just all just take a deep breath together.

And know that you can breathe in and out at your own pace.

Whatever is natural for you.

I'd like you to slow your breathing down.

And sort of breathe in to the count of five.

And then hold at that apex.

And then to the count of five.

And then breathe out to the count of five.

For just a few minutes.

Izz You know,

It's pretty interesting that when we breathe sort of in and out and are very conscious and counting,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

That seems to bring our focus a bit more present.

It sort of gives us something to anchor into,

Those numbers.

And so on your next deep breath in,

And then the exhale,

I'd like you to breathe into your heart.

Just focus on breathing into your heart.

And if it helps,

Just touch your heart with your fingers.

And that touch sort of brings your attention there.

Just breathe a few times right into your heart.

Draw another breath in and out,

Summarizing,

And as your understanding at heart center just visualize an image or an event or a situation that when you when you think of it it just sort of brings a smile to your face opens the energy and it just radiates that love that you could feel in your heart radiating out as you continue to breathe you as you just feel your heart smile I'm just going to go into that optimal health energy breathing into our organs just holding each of our organs in love and flow we're starting with our heart we just sense it pumping we're so grateful for it you know our lungs also just work tirelessly let's just breathe for a few minutes and kind of visualize what it might be like if you were breathing in a iridescent color that goes through your bronchial tubes and through your lungs and into your diaphragm and how that energy goes into your body so let's just focus on breathing in and just feeling with gratitude the pathway of the miraculous air as it travels into the body feeding oxygen to all points of the body as we move into the stillness of listening to our own breathing you just open our awareness to where that oxygen goes in the body you you you you Allow your energy to follow the flow of those oxygen beads,

I don't know,

Through the heart,

As that heart then pumps miraculously the blood out of the aortic artery,

Down through your fingers,

Into your brain,

Through your organs,

Down into your legs,

And let's just focus on that circulatory system.

And if you sense that there's anything that's not receiving the oxygen that you are breathing in,

That the blood is not carrying that flow,

Then just hold your attention there for a few moments and breathe directly into that section that seems to be needing a little more oxygen.

We'll just ask that any parts of your body through the circulatory system be highlighted if it needs a little extra attention.

Just breathe through your circulation.

You know,

Sometimes those hands and feet might feel a little cold.

One of the reasons is circulation doesn't get completely down there as easily.

So we're just going to focus on opening up all of those arteries and the veins to their perfect size.

So the natural flow of blood the natural flow of energy,

The natural flow of oxygen goes through easily and effortlessly.

And if you sense any places that this flow seems to be slowing down,

Just focus on those places and hold that energy of divine flow and love.

It's like you're sending energy just to those spots.

I do love the miracle of this human body.

With my intention,

With our intention,

We are just bringing this body that serves us so well into a place of balance.

As the flow of energy in the form of blood moves through each organ,

Our digestive system,

Our endocrine system,

Having an awareness if there's anything that needs a little extra assistance that if you can,

Just put your hand there.

You know,

Whether you know Reiki or Quantum Touch or any other healing modality,

Just the best I know is just love.

Just send that energy,

That part,

That organ,

That may need a little extra attention,

Love.

You send through the organs and the systems of the body.

We flow that loving energy through our reproductive system.

Our muscular system.

Feeling our muscles get stronger and leaner.

I feel our nervous system coming out from our brain and our spine,

Just going all the way through our body.

Allowing those nerves to kind of relax a little bit.

I know for me,

I need a little extra help in my immune system.

So I'm just going to focus on my immune system.

Sending it love and gratitude.

Not even real positive where it is,

But it's okay.

Not just holding the energy,

Placing my hands over my chest.

With my third eye,

I'm just imagining going into my immune system,

Holding it in love and strengthening it.

And then feeling it respond with like love.

You know,

Something seems to happen when I place my hands on some part of my body that could use attention.

I feel a vibration of myself.

Even on the parts that I can't quite reach.

Even though I can't quite reach them without moving a lot,

I'm going to place my hands on my kidneys with my intention.

I love it with my intention.

My kidneys get a little warm.

Yes,

Everything is intention.

Let us just all focus on intending our bodies.

To be loving us back as much as we love that.

As we breathe the oxygen,

We just visualize what it might look like if it flows all the way through our body with love.

Yes.

You know,

I just feel a natural smile come to my face as I open my heart and connect heart to heart around the planet with all of the people that are on with us today.

As I breathe in and out with the intention of love.

I feel that vibration sort of arcing the energy heart to heart around the planet.

Feeling it in my heart center.

And yours.

I'm just going to place my hands over my heart center.

See if I can feel your warmth and your vibration as well.

As we open it,

Just hands,

We all just vibrate.

Visualizing a light,

Iridescent light arcing all around the planet,

Connecting each one of our hearts together.

What a wonderful feeling it is.

Connecting heart to heart.

Loving all of our organs and our muscles and all of our magical,

Mystical,

Miraculous symptoms,

Systems of our bodies.

Take another deep breath.

Just begin to feel yourself coming back a little bit to the present.

Like I want to stay here forever today.

Take another deep breath.

Interesting.

As we take another deep breath,

We just move our arms and shoulders and take a little stretch.

As we're ready,

We just open our eyes to greet this wonderful day.

Namaste.

I suppose that was important and was a part of the plan.

I don't know,

We have one more day of gathering our energies together.

Tomorrow,

It's gonna be a little sad.

I've loved our time together each day.

It's great to,

I usually start my day with joy,

But to start my day with Anna and Linda and Rain and Sue and Carol and Kathy and Valerie and Frana and Diane and all y'all.

I am grateful.
