So good morning to each of you on this,
The third day of 2018,
The second day of our daily call meditations.
It was so wonderful to start with you all yesterday and anchor in that meditative energy.
And meditation is one of those things that sort of sneaks up on you.
It has a lasting effect.
It experiences that energy about peace.
And it helps you experience that centered peace and calmness.
I'm normally not going to be monitoring the Q&A.
I just popped over there,
So I wanted to let you know that our friend Colin is in Brazil.
I love that.
How can you balance stillness and not be passive?
You know,
That's a great question.
When you think of stillness,
One may think that they are passively allowing everything to flow over them and not respond.
But I don't believe that's what it means.
I believe that stillness is about approaching everything with love and yet at the same time still setting the boundaries and still setting that energy of connection and doing what you need to do for your own personal highest good in gentleness and without the emotional trigger point reactions attached to it.
That it's the approach of love and stillness.
But I also don't believe that it's just allowing.
Well it's an interesting thing.
That will be interesting when we have more time.
A question that Adirondah will be great to answer because I know they've got very specific information and techniques to utilize to approach life in love,
To approach life in forgiveness and acceptance without allowing others that are responding from a place of ego to overrun you.
That there is a way to be in your presence and experience the presence with love.
So let's just hold that energy of stillness within us today and we'll ask to be shown the way that we can maintain that stillness,
That love,
That forgiveness no matter what.
So thank you all for joining us this morning.

So settle yourself in,
Turn off your phone,
Turn off your email,
Turn off all messages.
You want to turn off the lights,
You can,
But just center your energy whether you're sitting or laying down.
And we take a deep breath in and release.
We know we are all cleared and sealed,
Protected,
But as we connect to spirit we set our intention that energy from the light,
Followers of the light,
Our own guidance system from the light.
It will fill us up and surround us.
Take another deep breath.
Just breathe and exhale into your center,
Your core.
And we'll be taking a few moments of silence during this meditation so allow yourself to just be present with what is.
We take another deep breath in,
This time as you take it in just hold it for a moment.
Then exhale into your heart and allow your energy to just feel that love of your heart.
Breathe in again and hold.
Then exhale.
Keep being in mind that you don't have to breathe at the same time I do.
Just breathe in deeply at your own pace,
Your own rhythm.
Hold.
Breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Centering on your heart.
Breathing into your heart,
Your heart chakra.
You may need to just touch your heart just a bit to allow your focus to go into that heart centered breathing.
Visualize something in your world,
Your past,
Your present,
That when you feel it,
It just feels like love.
Just breathing deeply into that love center.
As you do.
You just feel your body relaxing.
Bring the guides and angels all around you.
God source within you.
As you breathe.
On your next exhale,
Just with your intention,
Send your energy through the bottoms of your feet and anchor your energy at the center of the earth.
And then on your next deep breath in,
Bring that energy from the great Mother Gaia into your physical body,
Into your form.
Just filling yourself up with love from the great Mother Gaia,
From yourself,
And from all levels of your Oversoul.
As you take another deep breath,
Just open your crown chakra and send your energy all the way up to the highest level of your Oversoul,
Your guidance system,
Your higher self.
And as you reside there,
Just feel that energy sort of tethered through you from your soul star chakra above your head,
Down through your body to below your feet.
Tethered as one.
Let us just reside there for a few moments in this stillness,
Feeling our breath moving in and out of our body.
As you breathe in,
Feel the path that it takes down to your diaphragm.
As you breathe out,
Feel it moving through the lungs,
Your diaphragm,
Your nose.
As all of your cells,
All of your telomeres,
All of your particles that make up you are just moving into perfect,
Divine,
Cohesive flow in this stillness.
Let us just reside there for a few moments in this stillness.
Let us just reside there for a few moments in this stillness.
Just keep your breathing even,
Feeling it follow the pathway,
Nourishing your body,
With oxygen.
Maybe you can even feel yourself breathing into your feet,
Breathing into your fingers,
Allowing that flow of oxygen to follow all the way through your body,
With this stillness of love.
Just filling you up.
Let us just reside there for a few moments in this stillness.
I would like you to just visualize,
If you can,
And it feels appropriate,
To just visualize a beautiful,
Iridescent,
White light of peace coming in through your crown,
Moving through your brain,
Just allowing those parts of your brain that sometimes feel overworked to relax.
Let us just reside there for a few moments in this stillness.
Feel that white light,
That beautiful,
Radiant iridescence that is within you,
Just flowing through your face and your neck,
Across your shoulders.
Know that yesterday's energy is just draining off of you.
Righting through your chest and your arms,
All the way down to your fingertips,
And sort of circling back up and heading back up your arms.
Moving through your chest and just swirling that gentleness around your heart,
And with gratitude to know that it's pumping continuously.
Surrounding your organs with love and gratitude.
And as you breathe,
You just feel that wondrous,
Iridescent,
Radiant light moving through your hips,
Down your legs,
Swirling around your knees,
Your ankles,
Through your foundation,
Your feet,
Out your toes,
And when it comes to your toes,
It just kind of makes that figure a loop and goes back inside your body.
Goes back up and just continues that loop of balance and love throughout the day today.
And clarifying,
Holding your center,
Pure,
Illuminated,
Light.
I am the light.
You are the light.
We are the light.
We are the light.
We are the light.
Breathe.
Just feel yourself clarifying.
In total understanding,
Any energy that seems to be within you,
That is not the light,
Let's just allow that energy to release,
Drain out completely,
To be filled and replaced with a beautiful iridescent white light that goes on to infinity.
Breathing out.
As we take a deep breath,
We just feel ourselves coming back a little bit to the present,
Still maintaining that beautiful light that is within us.
We breathe again.
We begin to feel the chair beneath us.
You cushion or bed,
Whatever you're sitting on.
We feel our own body responding with new oxygen and love.
We feel ourselves coming back to the present with such a sense of balance and clarity.
As we take another deep breath,
We just allow ourselves to stretch.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
