Good morning.

Here we are all together on the second day of 2018.

This is so wonderful.

I'm getting all kinds of calls from people that can't seem to get on.

I'm sure that if you're trying to get on to the call,

I'm going to give you the telephone number.

820440 pound is the access code.

Starting at this point in time for the daily call,

Seven days of meditation,

Sometimes the emails don't go through.

Sometimes all kinds of things happen.

As you were listening yesterday for Adoronda's message,

We absolutely need to be prepared for plan B,

Plan C,

Plan D,

Because sudden changes are going to be happening throughout this entire year.

There was a lot of questions from the broadcast yesterday on 1-1 of 2018 about the foundation.

I think the thing that Adoronda was looking for you to take away is you are your own foundation.

Meditation,

Anchoring into your heart,

All of those are going to be very important to you through this coming year,

Which is why we decided on the spur of the moment to start things off with seven days of meditation free for all who want to join.

That is great.

I'm going to bring Joy on towards the end when we are wrapping up the meditation.

She's going to clarify where you will find tomorrow's meditation,

But I believe it will be in the same location.

We're just not going to send you another link.

If you're on the web or on the phone,

Anyway,

I'm thankful for all of you here on this morning or some of you it's in the afternoon,

Depending on what part of the world you're in.

In 2018,

We know that all of our information,

All of our integration,

The past,

The present and future all comes down to this moment right now.

Many times it's about staying in that present without worrying about what's going to happen if,

And without thinking about,

Well,

This happened yesterday.

It really is truly a powerful energy and a powerful connection.

We will all be able to work in that phase of wondrousness and the stillness.

The stillness is your friend.

The stillness helps you listen,

Hear,

Feel,

Breathe,

Experience your own higher self.

And I hear from some people that they say,

Well,

My higher self is not talking to me.

Sometimes it's a matter of allowing your mind,

Your energy to be so still that you can actually hear your higher self.

Keep all of that in mind and we will go into meditation.

Again you don't need to sit in any particular position.

You don't need to do anything.

All you need to do is listen and breathe.

And we will post the recording for this.

It will be posted.

I'll let Joy tell you where it's going to be posted because she'll tell me where it's going to be posted.

And she is online with us today and I'm thrilled about that.

So just take a really deep breath.

Center your energy,

Clear your space.

If you're a water or coffee or tea drinker,

Have a sip.

We will have a few moments during the meditation of total silence.

So please,

You know,

There's nothing wrong with your computer or there's nothing wrong with your phone.

We will have a few moments of complete silence so you can listen and feel into your own breathing and your own heart space.

So just wanted to give you that heads up.

Take a deep breath.

And just take another deep,

Slow breath in and exhale out.

And just allow your breathing to slow just a bit.

Breathe in and hold for a moment.

And then exhale out.

Slow your breathing and breathe in.

And hold for a moment.

And breathe out.

On your next deep breath in,

I'd like you to breathe into your heart on the exhale.

Just breathe into your heart.

And again,

Keep your breathing slow.

And on the exhale,

Breathe into your heart.

On the inhale.

And breathe into your heart.

And just if it helps to put your hand over your heart to draw your attention there.

I'd like you to just visualize or imagine something in your world that always brings you love.

Always just a surrounding of love.

Maybe an image.

It may be a situation.

Maybe a person.

But when you imagine that or feel into that,

Just feel love as you continue to breathe.

Try it again.

And as we move into the energy,

You feel our heart center opening.

And as we move into the energy,

You feel our heart center opening.

And as we feel our heart center opening,

We breathe deeply.

Let me just focus on what it may feel like to be totally at peace with all things that are happening in our world.

And we breathe into that peace and feel that peace radiating from our heart center.

You can visualize that any way you choose.

I feel it like a liquid that just is flowing out to my extremities.

What color is it?

And I feel it like a liquid that just is flowing out to my extremities.

In and out with the radiating peace that is a part of who we are.

And I feel it like a liquid that just is flowing out to my extremities.

And as we feel that peace radiating through our bodies,

We're just going to bring in and connect energetically with the earth and with our over soul.

I'd like you to just visualize opening,

Opening the chakras in the bottoms of your feet.

And on your next deep breath,

Breathing in and on the exhale,

Just send a portal of your own energy down and anchor that energy at the center of the earth.

Breathing into the earth,

Feeling the love from Mother Gaia,

Feeling the connection,

Feeling the compassion from Gaia for you.

On your next deep breath in,

Just bring that energy of love and compassion from Gaia up through your feet,

Just allow it to fill your entire body with love.

Now I'd like you to open your crown chakra and on your next deep breath in,

On the exhale,

Just send your energy all the way up to the highest level of your over soul.

So you can sense or feel your own higher self,

Your own guidance system.

Breathing into your guides,

Your teachers,

Your angels.

Breathing into their messages,

Their love for you.

We're just going to take a few moments of silence,

Of stillness,

So you can feel their love for you.

We're just going to take a few moments of silence.

We're just going to take a few moments of silence.

We're just going to take a few moments of silence.

We're just going to take a few moments of silence.

And as you breathe deeply,

Just let your breath in.

Just breathe into that gratitude for the wondrous life that you're living.

And if it doesn't seem quite so wondrous,

Then breathe into that which you choose to be wondrous,

Remembering that you are the creator of your life.

You are the magnificence that you are choosing.

You feel the touch of our own angelic realm ever so gently patting us,

Touching us,

Holding us in the energy of love.

What does love feel like?

Breathe into that element of love.

Love of self.

Love of others.

Love within the connection of the universe.

We just feel that expansion radiating beyond our own borders,

Feeling ourselves filled up with light,

Illuminated with the light within.

As we take another deep breath in and exhaling,

We just feel ourselves coming back to the present moment in your body,

Sitting on your chair or your sofa,

Maybe the floor,

Your bed,

Wherever.

As we breathe in,

You just feel the sort of the tingling sensation of yourself coming back to life.

With each inhale and exhale.

Let's take another deep breath in.

As you come back to the present moment,

There may be a part of you that wonders if other people will be able to see the glow of peace that you have within you,

Maybe.

As you take another deep breath,

Just feel yourself coming back more to the present.

Big stretch and open your eyes.

So I do want to thank each of you for being with us today.

I would recommend tomorrow getting on a little bit early just in case there's any problems.
