Welcome,

Welcome to day five of our seven days of meditation.

They have been really spectacular.

I am enjoying them.

I have heard from lots of people.

Happy to connect.

I see Rebecca from Pennsylvania.

Yes,

It is a frigid time up there,

Isn't it?

The weather is shifting around much like we are all shifting around.

On the one one,

If you haven't listened to the replays or downloaded them from the website,

I recommend it.

I have found myself referring to it several times this week.

We had on the one one,

It was pretty powerful.

A little daunting.

You know,

Adirondah normally doesn't want to scare people.

However,

It was very,

Very powerful to think of yourself without a foundation.

It has all those ones lined up.

And we will see how it happens again in a few days on one eleven.

We do the first official double digit subscribers broadcast.

So of course,

This has really been wonderful to connect with everybody,

To anchor in that energy.

I usually start the meditation about five minutes into this call.

Really just because it seems like in the first five minutes there are all kinds of people coming on.

And they're like,

Oh,

Wait,

Wait,

It's at the bottom of the hour.

I want to get on the call.

I don't want to miss it.

And in the past,

We've done these meditations for 21 days.

And it really has been.

I think one of the most wonderful things that is that gentleness to start our day that we have done in the seven years that Joy and I have been together.

We started doing 21 day programs,

Meditation programs with meditation mastery.

And it is actually a meditation 21 day program that adds one minute of silence each day.

So by the end of the 21 days,

You have 21 minutes of silence,

Which we thought was like,

Oh my gosh,

That's such a long time.

But it goes by amazingly.

And we have actually put music behind them,

Where Andy Luna has and where it's pretty special time.

Sometimes I need a guided meditation to kind of hold my attention in the morning.

Otherwise I find myself drifting off to sleep or drinking my coffee or something like that.

It is pretty,

Pretty interesting.

So good.

I just heard from Burl from Australia.

She starts this at 10pm and has the best sleep ever.

Good,

Good.

That's what we like.

Maybe that's the idea is to,

If you're not in that time zone,

Play them again before you go to bed.

Perfect.

Perfect.

Well,

Let's gather our energy and,

And breathe into it for the moment and see if we can understand a little more of how our brain works with our heart and our body.

So just settle your energy,

Take a deep breath.

And at your own pace,

Just release that breath.

Just breathe deeply a few times,

Slowing your breathing down.

To slow your breathing,

You can breathe in to a count of five.

Hold to a count of five,

Then breathe out to a count of five.

As you're breathing in and out,

Just on your exhale,

Send your energy down into your heart.

If it helps you to put your hand on your heart,

Touch your heart,

To draw your attention there,

Please do.

Just visualize an event or a scene or a person or even a pet that when you think of them or see the images that it just opens your heart to love.

You just feel that love,

That love essence all the way through your body.

I'm going to do a visualized journey today.

So just follow the visualization as we bring our energy up to our crown.

We know we are all cleared and sealed and protected.

And as we connect to spirit,

Only energy from the light can enter.

And with our slight awareness up at the crown of our head,

We may feel a little tingling sensation there.

Where your guides and angels,

Your own higher self,

Sort of tap,

Tap,

Tapping on the door,

On the crown of your essence.

And with our light,

We may feel a little tingling sensation there.

As you do,

We're just going to bring in and imagine an illuminating light,

Kind of like a flashlight or a lantern or something.

So when we go inside of your body,

You can sort of see around,

Look into it.

Look into the energy.

Move our attention into your brain cavity,

In your skull,

That miraculous mechanism that connects directly to your heart and your intention.

And we're just going to ask to be shown that portion of our brains that has an effect on our addiction,

Our addiction and our old habits.

And we ask that that portion be highlighted just a bit.

Interestingly enough,

It is right next to that portion of our brain that manages our mood,

Whether it's depression or joy.

So with that energy,

You are just breathing in to that portion of your brain.

We're not going to disturb anything else.

However,

What we're going to do is just bring in the wondrous hands of the Archangel Raphael.

You can see them as any points of light that you want to imagine.

And we're going to just wrap that portion of our brain that manages our own addictions and habits that we're ready to be rid of with the center of love.

I'd like you to just visualize that center of love for a few minutes and anchor that energy in for these few minutes of stillness.

Moving on.

.

We can bring that energy of love and balance.

It doesn't matter what our own addictions or habits are.

They're centered from that portion in our brain.

And we just wrap it with love.

Breathing into it and visualizing that image that you do when you bring your heart center into the love vibration.

Just hold that portion of your brain ever so gently.

And breathe that same vision into your own energy in your brain.

Loving it.

Blessing it.

Knowing that it has come through and brought you to this moment in your life.

So we are grateful for that portion.

We don't want to remove it.

Maybe we just want to upgrade it.

Upgrade it so those old programs,

Those old addictions that we're just ready to be rid of.

Whether it's to food or people or maybe just a habit.

That doesn't feel like it's serving our highest good any longer.

We just send it love and ask to have it integrated completely.

So it's no longer in charge of our decision making process.

Just visualize that and bring that sense of peace all through your body as that energy upgrades in your system in these next few moments of silence.

We shift our attention when we breathe into our own brain.

We're just bringing in our heart.

That loving relay.

Bringing in for all the people,

All the hundreds of people that listen to this.

We're bringing in that energy of balance.

If you're a Reiki practitioner,

You'll know what we're doing.

We're anchoring the shukra into your energy.

Bring it in the place of balance today.

And to see those things,

Those spaces in your brain that we've been wrapping with love.

Also coming into that place of balance.

So know that some of your habits and some of your urges may be changed today.

So have that awareness that now is the time for those changes.

We bring balance.

With the healing elements of the seven night sword.

And we're also adding to your energy today.

And as you do.

Just breathe into that balance.

Acknowledge it.

Love the balance that is within you.

Love the balance and just as we breathe into the I am presence.

As we're beginning to come back to the present moment.

I would just like you to breathe into these phrases.

Maybe repeating them inside of your mind.

I am love.

I am love.

I am loveable.

I am magnificent.

Free and freeing.

From any old programs or patterns that I'm just ready to integrate.

Because I love myself.

As I place my hands on my heart.

I just embrace my energy.

I am acknowledging the wisdom and clarity that I am receiving today.

Essence of clarity and wisdom.

Into my cellular system.

Connecting directly to my higher self.

Because I am magnificent.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

I am loving myself.

Honoring it with the love that I am.

I am loving myself.

As we take a deep breath again.

And hold and just feel ourselves coming back to the present moment.

In your room or your house or wherever you are where you are listening to this.

In your chair or your chair.

Move your shoulders around a little on your next deep breath.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Well,

That was an interesting journey.

I'll have to check things out to see how you did going into your brain.

That's something that we did on the 21 days to freedom from addiction and habits,

Which was a very powerful 21 day program.

Lots of energy on it.

You know,

It's really about loving ourselves and about choosing to do the things that are healthiest for us.

You know,

That's the deal.
