Welcome.

We are here on day four,

Which is confusing to me because it's day four,

But it's the fifth of January.

And I want you all to know that listening to this as a recording is perfectly fine.

The energy is still there.

I sort of send a little juice with the meditation when I'm doing it.

So no matter who listens,

When they listen,

They still get that same connective spirit with all of us around the planet.

We have,

I also posted each day on our Adirondah calendar.

So if you can get to your computer,

Either on your phone,

And it says 2017 event calendars,

But it is actually the 2018 event calendar.

And I saw that yesterday as I was making sure that all of the days were posted there.

And I realized,

Oh,

Wait,

We're still in 2017.

So that was one of those things that we get to add to our long list of changes that Joy and I are making.

We have a list of to do's that are miles long.

So that's why it's really good to start each day with that collective meditation.

It's really nice to focus each day on something,

Either something new or something specific,

Or sometimes it's just nice to go with that flow of meditation.

We're going to try that on for size for a while and we're searching for a tagline and it will be Joy and I exploring the nature and infinite possibilities in happiness.

So let's meditate this morning.

Joy,

I'm going to close down your microphone unless you have something specific to say.

Nope.

I'm looking forward to the meditation.

Me too.

So we have today,

I just felt the need to balance our bodies.

We have the 21 day program,

Optimal Health,

Where we look into the body.

So what we're going to do today is we're just going to scan it.

So take a deep breath and then exhale at your own natural pace.

I'd like you to try to slow your breathing down.

So you would breathe in to a count of five and hold to a count of five and then breathe out to a count of five.

So let's just do that for a few moments of breathing in,

Hold and breathing out at your own natural pace.

Now if you can,

Just place your hands in the air.

Your hand on your heart.

Just touch your heart a little bit and that will draw your attention into your heart.

And just breathe out,

Exhale into your heart center.

Feel your muscles and your body just relax.

And as you do,

Just imagine what brings you love when you breathe into that image.

What manages that image of love?

What manifests in your third eye and your imagination?

One situation or some person or pet or whatever that when you think of it,

When you feel it,

Just feel your heart opening in love.

And as we acknowledge that energy of love within ourselves,

We're just going to allow our awareness to expand out from our heart so we feel our physical form.

Let's just pull back our attention and visualize our physical form almost like we're looking in a mirror.

Seeing our energy field,

It may not be our physical appearance like our face or neck or arms or hands.

But instead,

I'd like you to visualize your energy.

Kind of just go from your heart center.

If you were putting your hands out to feel your own energy field at your heart,

What would you feel warm,

Cold,

Cool,

Hot,

Tingling?

Allow your energy to become sensitive enough that either you can see a reflection of your energy or feel it within your own body.

Just breathe into your heart and with your imagination,

Imagine what the mechanism of that heart may look like.

Pumping,

Expanding,

And contracting that rhythmic nature.

See if we are really still,

If you have your hand on your heart,

If you can feel it beating from the inside out.

Think of it as the you As you do just follow the Trail of that energy As it comes out of your heart Through your chest Up into your brain Out into your limbs Just feel that energy and if you feel or sense anything that's That seems to be a little out of balance You know it may vibrate a little differently it may Just draw your attention You may feel a little emotion when you scan that part of your body And if something does stand out just hold that energy Energy Theorically With love and balance and just send it send that part love You As We do we just hold our whole selves in that love Above our crown soul star chakra All the way through our body just feel your awareness sort of scanning your body To look for sense anything that seems to be out of balance If you don't know what that feels like just ask Ask for any part that needs a little extra attention within you to sort of be highlighted Either with color or light or a vibration And then go to that portion You And breathing in That oneness is very powerful That whole body just miraculously works together You You you You as it does we feel our whole body coming into a place of balance Coming into a place of One this with our own self And breathe deeply filling your lungs With air your diaphragm with air You Just approach your own body With gratitude What does it feel like to feel grateful?

For every cell of your body that is working continuously Tirelessly at least that's the theory Feeling a space that that is so unique that only you can fill it Filling a space that is Wondrous by your very nature Nature Let's just let that little voice That has a tendency to judge our body Relax just a bit if you need to turn to that little voice and say thank you Thank you for Trying to keep me safe or the same It's okay to be quiet now I Have this part of myself Loving my body Exactly the way it is Loving my organs exactly the way they are Loving my bones My nerves my muscles Exactly the way they are Loving the connectors and cartilage and tendons and ligaments Exactly the way they are Loving my brain exactly the way it is Loving my heart Loving my heart Exactly the way it is And feeling such gratitude for that ever-present ever-pumping heart Heart You Take a deep breath Just give thanks for our body for our heart for everything about ourselves We give thanks for everything around us Now that we take another deep breath we just give thanks for our own presence in this world and we feel ourselves coming back to the present We feel the chair or cushion beneath us and give thanks for it for supporting us As we do we just take a big stretch place our hands on our heart say thank you And as we're ready open our eyes come back to where we are Namaste.

Wow that was kind of a nice little journey into our heart and into our bodies.

Today you just have an awareness of your body a little more physically as you're walking through your house or if this is some people in Australia they're listening to us If you're getting ready for bed just before you go to bed give thanks for everything and then as you awaken have the awareness of the muscles that you're using when you're standing,

When you're sitting,

When you're walking Just be grateful for those muscles that are moving through that action.

Gratitude is very powerful it goes a long ways and on this day we are all grateful So Joy do you have anything you want to add to that?

Just ditto,

It's tricky to speak when you come back out of a meditation isn't it?

Yeah you could teach a class on that I'm sure.
