This integrative meditation includes somatic mindfulness and an experiential exercise to explore the face-heart connection of our ventral vagal state, what we sometimes know as the parasympathetic rest-and-digest state of our autonomic nervous system. The track creates space to slow down and connect with your body and breathing and explore how you experience the face-heart connection of the ventral vagal state in your embodied being. The track ends with Christian integration and a Scripture reflection. Find a cozy spot to slow down for a few minutes and enjoy! Please note, that this and all other tracks by this author are not intended to be used in place of professional mental health services.
