If your dog reacts on the leash and you feel like you’ve tried everything … this course is for you. This is not a dog training course. It’s a mindfulness-based coaching journey that supports you, the human at the other end of the leash. Because challenging moments on walks are never just about the dog. They are shared experiences. Through simple, guided coaching exercises, you’ll explore the three layers of the leash connection: your physical experience (body awareness), your emotional responses, and your thoughts and expectations You’ll learn how to: Understand your own reactions in triggering situations - Reduce stress, tension, and overwhelm on walks - Shift your perspective when nothing seems to work - Reconnect with your dog through awareness and self-compassion. This course is for dog guardians living with reactivity, sensitivity, or overwhelm, who are ready to stop trying to “fix” everything and begin to understand what’s really happening. You don’t need any prior experience with mindfulness or meditation. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
