Start your day with a short intention setting practice with a focus on what you want to let go of today. Letting go is recognizing all of the heavy baggage we are holding on to and choosing to lighten the load. You don’t have to drop all of your bags at once, but maybe there are some things in the bags that you are willing to let go of to make space. For this session we will use our breath to actively practice letting go.
