Welcome to this Light Language activation and healing.
Light Language is a powerful gift where I allow aspects of Spirit beyond the human dimension to flow through me to support your healing and restoration.
To me,
Light Language is the opening of connection to the other realms of Spirit waiting to support us and assist us.
It goes beyond the human mind into the mythic mind,
The psyche,
The subconscious,
And beyond.
I invite you to simply relax and receive.
Do not try to understand or mentalize it.
Simply receive it as if you are listening to beautiful ocean waves or birdsong.
You may feel a variety of shifts,
Energies,
And movements through you,
As well as emotional release as the Light Language moves through to support you.
You can listen to this multiple times or at any point when you are struggling with any challenges physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Or spiritually in your life.
I invite you to find a place where you can sit comfortably and listen to this journey.
As you relax,
Allow your body to open and receive,
Bringing your awareness into your breath,
Allowing your breath to deepen and soften,
Exploring the depth of your breath as you allow your body to relax,
Breathing deeply and comfortably,
Bringing awareness to your feet and legs,
Using your intention and imagination,
Allow them to relax,
Each muscle gently letting go.
Now bring your awareness to your pelvis,
Your lower back,
And your stomach.
As you breathe,
Breathe deeply into your stomach,
And as you breathe out,
Imagine that area relaxing,
The hips opening,
The back softening,
The stomach relaxing,
Each breath softening you more and more so you can receive this gift.
Now,
Breathe into your chest,
Opening your chest and your upper back,
Allowing the shoulders to drop back and relax,
Softening the spine,
Opening the lungs and the heart as best as you can,
As you continue to breathe deeply and comfortably.
Now,
Allow your arms and fingers to relax,
Letting them rest softly at your side or wherever is comfortable,
Each breath allowing the muscles to gently relax.
And finally,
Allow your neck,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
And the entire head to relax,
Feeling them melting away as they soften and open.
Now,
You can simply relax.
If you so choose,
You can also imagine yourself in a beautiful sanctuary,
It might be a garden,
A forest,
A place at a beach,
Anywhere that brings you peace,
Allowing your system to relax there,
Allowing your soul,
Your spirit,
Your essence to relax as I begin to bring forth the magic of the light language codes to support you,
Allow them to flow through you and aid you.
