Good morning and welcome.

Before the day begins,

Before the emails,

Before the meetings,

The decisions,

Welcome to give yourself the next few moments,

The next few minutes to arrive.

Not as a title,

Not as a role,

Purely as you.

So if it feels comfortable,

Just gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let your spine grow tall and let the rest of your body soften.

A tall spine,

A soft heart,

A loving soul.

Take a slow,

Easy breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhale and exhale,

Letting your shoulders drop just a little.

And now let your breath return to a natural rhythm.

No need to force,

No need to control,

Just notice.

The air coming in and the air going out.

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to perform.

Just this moment,

Just this breath.

And begin by feeling the contact between your body and the chair or whatever you are sitting on.

The weight of your hips and your feet resting on the floor.

And now let your attention travel down through your legs into your feet.

Imagine you could breathe all the way down into the soles of your feet.

Like your whole body is breathing in and breathing out.

And on the next exhale,

Invite the sense of grounding.

Almost as if roots were growing down from your feet,

Connecting you to the earth beneath you.

Steady,

Supportive,

Always there.

And if your mind is already busy,

Perhaps already in your first meeting of the day,

That's okay.

Each time you notice your mind wandering,

Just gently come back to your breath,

In and out.

And back to the feeling of your body sitting here.

Nothing else to do,

Nowhere else to go.

Just to sit gently here with yourself and breathe.

Now bring one hand to your heart and feel the warmth of your own touch.

And notice your breathing under your hand.

The subtle rise as you inhale and the soft fall as you exhale.

And from this place,

Right here,

Right now,

Let this simple question land inside of you.

How do I want to show up today?

Not what do I need to achieve,

Not who do I need to impress.

But how do I choose to be in my meetings,

In my conversations,

With myself?

Take a few breaths and just listen.

Maybe a word comes,

Or a feeling,

Or a quiet sense of direction.

Grounded,

Clear,

Warm,

Courageous,

Playful,

Present.

Whatever arises,

Let that be enough.

There is no right answer,

Only what is true for you today.

In one word,

If one word or quality feels especially alive this morning,

Gently repeat it with your mind,

With each breath.

Breathe in your word and breathe it out.

And just let this quality begin to fill your chest,

Your belly,

And your whole body.

And now imagine the workday opening up in front of you.

You don't need to see it in every detail,

But you can let a few key moments appear.

Perhaps a meeting where you want to be especially clear.

A sensitive conversation,

Or a moment where an important decision will be made.

One by one,

Let these moments arise in your mind.

And in each scene,

See yourself arriving just as you are right now.

Breathing,

Grounded,

And connected to your heart.

Notice your posture in that meeting,

Your tall spine,

Your soft shoulders,

The softness around your eyes,

In your face,

Softness around your hips,

In your belly.

And notice how you listen,

How you give yourself a fraction of a pause before you respond.

And then see yourself speaking from this centered place.

Not rushed,

Not defensive,

Steady and real.

And if your mind comes in with doubts,

I won't be able to do that.

Just smile inwardly and come back to the image.

You're not promising perfection.

You're offering yourself a direction,

A gentle inner compass.

And now bring your attention back to your breath.

In the moment you will move into your day,

Meetings will happen.

Things that you didn't plan for will definitely happen.

So give yourself one simple practical anchor to carry with you.

Imagine that before each meeting today,

You pause,

Even for just three breaths.

You feel your feet on the floor.

You exhale a little longer.

You remember your word for today,

Your chosen quality.

See yourself doing that now,

Arriving at the door or opening your laptop.

Taking three conscious breaths and reconnecting with your word.

Today I choose to show up as.

.

.

And let that scene repeat a few times in your mind,

So that your body starts to remember it.

And as we begin to close,

Bring your attention back to your heart.

And silently you might say to yourself,

Today I will lead from a centered place.

Today I stay close to myself.

Today I let my spine be tall,

My heart soft and my soul free.

Take a deeper breath in and a slow,

Complete breath out.

Notice how you feel now,

Compared to when you first pressed play.

No judgment,

Just noticing.

And when you're ready,

Start to invite a little more movement into your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Maybe roll your shoulders.

Softly move your neck.

Blink your eyes open,

Letting the light back in.

And carry this sense of presence with you into whatever comes next.

You can return to this feeling any time during the day.

With a focus on your heart,

Three conscious breaths,

And your chosen word.

Thank you,

And thank yourself for taking this time to arrive into the day as the leader that you truly are.
