Conscious creator.
Thanks for hitting play today,
And for saying yes to life,
And for showing up for yourself.
My name is Anthony,
And I want to offer you the reminder of infinite possibilities that can emerge in any day,
In any hour,
In any second of your life.
So here's a possibility for you today that I invite you to consider.
This tiny life we lead is indeed grander than we know.
It's the expression and unfoldment of the universe in ecstatic motion,
As the great mystic poet Rumi once said.
And we are a microcosm of that energy.
Each one of us is here to explore and discover the infinite nature inside of us,
And what is being born inside of us,
And to take part in its creation.
We are all,
What I like to call,
Little darlings of an awakening universe.
That means we are each here to spread our light and take part in this grand mystery of human consciousness,
And the expansion of that by sharing our gifts with the world,
And not letting them stay dormant,
And not letting the music inside of us go unheard.
But sometimes it becomes almost second nature to let our music go on mute.
It's all too easy for us to minimize ourselves.
We think we can't impact the lives of others,
Or don't believe we have something special to share with the world.
But the truth is,
We all do,
And I'm a testament to that.
The fact that I'm here right now,
Recording this message,
Proves that.
If you would have told me five years ago that I would be here on Insight Timer,
Sharing these words with you right now,
I would have thought you're crazy.
Back then I was working as a software developer,
And never did I think I would be teaching meditation and writing about spiritual growth every day.
But I always had this calling inside me.
I always had this urge to share my gift of the written word with people.
To share my truth.
I just needed to believe I could do it,
And that I was worthy.
You too have a unique gift to share with the world,
That only you can share in your unique way.
You yourself are unique.
A rare gem.
Think about it.
You are statistically the most unlikely thing.
Your father made 300 million sperm cells,
And only one got through.
That means out of 8 billion people on this beautiful planet,
You are one incredible human being with a specific blend of gifts,
Skills,
And qualities that only you are uniquely qualified to share with the world.
No one quite sees and perceives reality quite like you do,
Or ever will.
That truth alone,
That ray of light,
Is just what someone else on this planet needs right now.
You are worthy to shine that light,
And you can live the life you truly desire.
Why?
Because not only are you a part of the universe,
Made of the same energy that hung the stars in the sky,
And that created entire worlds,
All blazing inside you,
But you are also a conscious creator within the universe.
So I beg you,
Act accordingly.
