Let yourself pause here.

Notice if your body wants to do a little less.

Less holding,

Less effort.

There's nothing you need to activate or reset right now.

Just notice the contact of your body where you're sitting or lying.

Let your breath move in its own rhythm.

You don't need to guide it.
