Hi and welcome back.

Take a moment to settle in.

Let your body get comfortable.

Take a slow breath in.

And a long breath out.

So much of the new year conversation is about goals,

Achievements,

Outcomes.

But today we're asking a gentler question.

How do you want to feel this year?

Not all the time.

Not perfectly.

Just more often.

As you breathe,

See if one word or feeling gently rises.

There's no need to search or force it.

Calm.

Present.

Supported.

Safe.

Whatever comes,

Is enough.

Notice where this feeling lives in your body.

Maybe it's in your chest,

Your belly,

Your shoulders.

You don't need to hold on to it.

You don't need to make it last.

Just noticing is enough.

This feeling isn't something you earn by being better or doing more.

It's something you return to.

Again and again.

Take another slow breath in.

And let it go.

As this practice comes to a close,

Let this intention settle gently.

I choose how I want to feel.

Tomorrow is the final day of this reset,

Where we'll carry this forward without pressure or a sense of ending.
