Oh.
How was it?
How's everyone doing?
Like to welcome you to another session on the white path where we hold hands.
And.
Remind each other and ourselves of.
What is most important to us.
With a small deal to us.
Driven by the eternal curiosity and longing for the truth.
So this is your opportunity to contribute by sharing.
Will you all?
Whatever is bothering you,
Whatever you feel is still unresolved and needs some attention,
Everything that you belief that is standing between you and an awakened consciousness.
Share that.
This is what propels us forward on this conversation.
Yes,
And Karl is here,
Finally,
After weeks of absence.
To sound the voice of the sensitive speaker and help me.
Come down to earth when needed.
So who would like to be the first one to jump into the water today?
Who's brave enough to put themselves under the spotlight.
To be grilled.
In the internal fire of heaven.
Remember,
Our rule is.
.
.
If you come here to get something,
Maybe leftovers of what other people leave on the table.
You will end up with nothing.
If you came here to give something,
You would end up with everything.
Counter-intuitive.
Ward is saying,
I have a new call to stop giving meaning to that which I observe.
It seems meaning causes suffering.
Meaning causes suffering.
So probably we need to differentiate between meaning and judgment.
Because these two are not the same.
My experience is that we are here in order to fill life with meaning.
The opposite of what you're saying.
So let's try to use that to better understand what's the difference between feeling with meaning and judgment.
Let's start with judgment that it is here.
And stop me every time you don't follow.
Judgment.
What is judgment?
Judgment happens in the fourth faculty of the intellect.
Okay,
The mind,
The third faculty,
Brings a reality for us to experience,
A combination of emotions,
Sensations,
And thoughts.
Creates an image of reality that we refer to.
And the intellect is that,
You know,
Critic that looks at that image and creates an opinion about it.
Based on Criterias that.
Most of them are not even original or yours,
For that sake,
For that sense.
You believe things should be like this or like that because that's the way you were raised.
Your influence of your parents and your culture.
Et cetera,
Et cetera,
It's not even original.
What's the word I'm looking for?
It's not.
.
.
Yours.
Right,
You just.
Spitting out pre-digested food.
The first way the intellect is judging reality is by creating the separation between good and evil.
And then there are the sub directories,
But.
That the first reaction you have to an experience would be,
Is it good or is it bad?
Is it and then is it good for me?
Or is it bad for me?
Is it something that I want,
Need,
Or should I object?
Right?
And then,
La la la,
Is it moral?
Is it justice?
Is it whatever,
You know?
So judgment,
Always create a barrier between you and a direct experience because there is an idea that stands between you the observer and the object of observation there is an opinion there doesn't matter if it's positive or negative.
It doesn't matter if you approve or object.
As long as you are there with an opinion,
You don't truly relate to the experience.
You are not available to fully experience it.
Because you're pre-consumed with your opinion.
Yes,
So definitely.
When judgment is there.
Not helping you on the path.
And we have discussed that in many,
Many ways here on the White Path.
Yeah.
Basically saying that the mature intellect realizes that it is not here to understand.
And create an opinion.
For us.
We mature to come to that awareness that life is much more mysterious than what our intellect is capable of judging.
And when we come to that level of consciousness,
We relax.
That constant tension to make sense.
To get the point.
To analyze,
To.
.
.
Stay in control,
Using our intellect,
All that just drops.
So we are surrendered and now available to experience life fully.
Do you see?
So judgment is there.
We are unavailable to do that.
Filling life with meaning,
Something completely different.
When you feel life with meaning you don't criticize life you don't Judge life.
You don't compare whatever is happening with your expectations and demands.
You don't have any expectations or demands.
Your consciousness is there.
Filling life with meaning,
It's like,
Affirming the situation with your awareness.
It's like that sentence,
You know,
If a tree falls,
There's nobody there to witness that.
Does it make any noise?
Right?
So the fact that you are there listening to the affirms the fact that this is happening.
And there's nothing personal about that.
It's not about your preferences.
I prefer loud music or I prefer quiet music and if loud music is being played I cannot be comfortable and at ease because it's not for me.
That's not filling life with meaning.
Right?
Feeling life with meaning is being completely open and aware to the loud music that is currently being regardless of my preferences.
You see that your consciousness is like an open stage.
Where everyone and everything can come and perform.
Judgment is like there is the bouncer at the entrance to the stage only allowing what,
You know,
It has a criteria of what is allowed.
That's it.
Other situations are not allowed.
Then life cannot really.
.
.
Express themselves as they were intended to.
Because you don't allow it.
You have an opinion.
You prefer your opinion over life.
You know,
Letting that bounce.
Take a break.
And allow life to just manifest and you be there to experience that.
Fill it with meaning.
That's beautiful,
That's ugly,
Whatever.
That's harmonious,
That's not.
That's the matter.
Do you see the difference?
War is another question.
Ward is asking,
Can meaninglessness be considered akin to the Buddhist concepts of emptiness?
Both are there.
You know,
You can say that life is meaningless.
Of course it is,
You know.
If you zoom out from your personal perspective to whatever is happening,
It's just a blip.
Things that we take so seriously turns out to be just a hiccup.
It's like.
.
.
All right.
Momentary event that passes and will never return and nobody will remember and it was just like writing your name on the sand on the beach,
Right?
The next wave will come and wash it away and that's it meaningless of course in that sense everything is meaningless but everything is also at the same time.
So precious.
Life is the most precious thing.
And everything that happens may.
Follow your expectations or completely collide with your expectations.
Everything that happens is so precious,
So meaningful.
And the fact that you are there,
Available to experience that is.
.
.
So powerful.
God,
The divinity itself.
Is blossoming through your consciousness experiencing life.
Everything that happened in the past 13.
4 billion years since this universe was created was happening just so you can experience that.
Think about how much effort.
And now you get the opportunity to experience that.
Think about what would be the chance you as you are at this moment experiencing life as they happen.
Cannot be anything but the divine plan.
So both are there.
Don't take yourself too seriously.
It's meaningless.
Truly.
And yet,
Remember,
It's so precious.
Angie's saying,
Life is a miracle.
Isn't it?
Ward says,
Yes,
Makes sense.
Another paradox.
Life is a miracle.
How often do we remind ourselves that?
Life is a miracle.
And how often do we forget and complain and victimize?
No blame.
Why?
Because we judge,
We create an opinion.
We are afraid,
We object,
We hide.
Try to control.
How often do we just go down that rabbit hole into misery?
So is there a purpose to?
No,
I was gonna say that if we Yeah,
I mean,
I guess it depends on the definition of meaning that you're attributing to life.
If it's coming with that blank slate and everything is allowed.
Then it seems like there's no purpose to have any judgment about something,
Whether it's good or bad or right or wrong.
Um.
.
.
There's no drive for it.
There's no purpose for it.
Think about it.
What could be the purpose of determining if something is right or wrong?
Who benefits from that?
I suppose the argument is always made that it provides a certain level of drive.
You know,
You take a stand on something and then it helps you to accomplish something or,
You know,
Go forward and make a decision.
You know,
Sometimes it feels like when everything is allowed,
There's there's nothing.
It's almost like too feminine.
There's no balance there to drive you forward in purpose.
Balance is the key word.
Remember it's meaningless and at the same time it's so precious.
Remember you know,
Strive to achieve your goals,
Definitely.
You know,
Set yourself.
Goals and strive to achieve those 100%.
Be motivated,
Be driven.
While you remember.
That doesn't matter whether you actually achieve them or not.
It might give you a momentary sense of achievement or reward,
But other than that,
It's completely meaningless.
So be driven.
Be curious.
Go discover.
You know?
Use the opportunity that life gave you to expand and flourish in that experience.
Don't get hung up on any specific results,
Believing that only when that manifests,
Then I can be happy.
Resolved.
That is never the case.
Remember the story about the stream and the ocean,
Right?
Yes.
If you are in a narrow perspective of a stream,
You know,
Trying to find its way between the rocks and the boulders,
It seems so critical,
Crucial,
If coming from the left or coming from the right,
Or how should I navigate this challenging life.
But if you develop the consciousness of the ocean,
Then you know it doesn't matter.
All rivers flow to the sea,
That's it.
It doesn't matter if you come from the left or from the right.
You come today or next year you it's okay you are mine you belong to me you went away for a short while and he'll come back.
Barbara's asking,
So are you talking about the outcome of our efforts?
And Michelle says goals with no expectations.
Goals with no expectations.
What do you think about that?
The feminine and the masculine,
Both balanced.
You go,
You strive to achieve.
Let go of the idea that only then you can be happy,
Because that is a false.
That is an illusion that you created.
Life never promised you anything.
Don't go back to life and say,
Oh,
But you promised me that when that happened,
Then I will be happy.
No,
They didn't.
It's your idea.
It's your concept.
Let go of that idea.
It was never the case.
Life.
Is not there to please you.
And your personal preferences.
Life is happening,
That's the only obligation it has.
And it's not to you,
It's for God.
So you go,
You strive to achieve whatever,
But at the same time,
Be completely feminine.
Accept people and situations as they are.
Let go of the idea that they should have been different.
And only when they are different,
People and situation,
Only then you can be happy.
Andrew's saying,
Expectations often bring disappointment.
And Michelle says,
No lack.
Expectation reduces joy.
That's what we say here.
So I'm wondering about,
Um,
You know,
Let's say I have,
I,
You know,
I see what I believe is some sort of suffering in the world.
And I recognize that I'm,
You know,
Putting my judgment on that situation as not necessarily saying that shouldn't be happening,
But maybe asking myself,
What could I do to improve the life of somebody that I think is Be better or maybe that person is coming to me and asking for my help or something like that,
Right?
So if I'm accepting everything as it is that's One thing where.
You can take that and use it as motivation to take action.
But it's different than taking no action and just saying,
Oh,
That's how it should be.
And I'm not going to put my judgment on that.
Am I making any sense?
Yeah,
But you know,
This is a common,
This is a common point of confusion,
Because we believe that if there is no judgment,
There is no motivation.
Because if there is no wrong in the world,
Why would I work to make it better?
Right?
And you have to understand this is based,
You're welcome to join us guys,
This is based on the idea that motivation can only come from a sense of lack and need.
That's the only.
.
.
Way we are accustomed to meet motivation.
We believe this is not good enough.
This is somewhere between not good enough and completely wrong.
I guess what I'm asking.
.
.
Yes,
Just a minute.
And then we are motivated to change it,
Hoping that if we are able to change it from wrong to right,
Then the world will be You know.
Rearrange the coding to our plans,
We can be happy.
Or content or safe,
You know.
Fulfilled,
Whatever.
And that's never the case.
It's not how life works.
You have to understand the world is not broken and your efforts are not meant to fix it.
Let me say this sentence again.
The world is not broken.
You are not supposed to fix it.
Your motivation doesn't have to lie there in the gap between what is and what you believe it should have been or can be.
You see what I'm saying?
There is another force that can drive you,
That can be a source of motivation for you,
Inspiration for you.
And that force is not based on lack and need.
On the idea that this is broken and we need to fix it before we can be happy.
An enlightened consciousness doesn't see the world as broken,
Never been broken.
Actually,
It can recognize perfection in the present moment.
It can recognize itself as a perfect manifestation of the present moment.
You see what I'm saying?
And the evolution is not from broken to fixed,
But from one form of perfection to a greater expanded form of perfection.
Do you see what I'm saying?
Would you like to be.
.
.
Contributing to that expansion.
So,
You were saying?
Tell me.
I don't know.
I don't remember.
Angie is asking,
So we are not responsible?
Of course you are responsible.
You are extremely responsible.
It's all because of you.
To understand that you need to expand the sense of I in it.
Who is that I who is responsible for everything?
Everything,
Others,
The fact that the sun rises at a certain time and sets at a certain time.
You are responsible for everything.
How can you not be responsible?
You are everything.
You're the cause and you're the result.
We associate responsibility with blame immediately.
Well,
If I'm responsible,
Then I'm to blame.
It's because of me.
I should be punished.
I'm not good enough because the world is not perfect.
Look at the results.
Look at this mayhem.
If it's my responsibility,
Oh my God,
It's way too much.
But if you recognize this as perfection,
Would you be responsible for that?
You are an expression of that perfection.
What do you think about that?
Isn't it beautiful?
Michelle said she liked my question.
What is my question?
I'm still not clear on Okay.
I guess my,
My,
My,
My personal speaking from personal experience,
My personal perception of the world is that I can,
I,
I actively completely accept everything that happens.
Like I'm,
I feel like I'm a bit unique in that because I,
I don't come across other people that are very,
Very much like that.
I guess the thing is,
Is if I completely accept everything.
.
.
It means that.
The judgments that are made and the assessments or meaning like ward was talking about that we attribute to something is also included in that everything and so I think.
What I take from your messaging is that it's.
.
.
It can be useful and purposeful and and a drive to also include that those judgments,
But to be aware and recognize enough that that isn't what that that you that you aren't acting out of any kind of you know righteousness or superiority or um you know i know better or or the opposite you know i i can't do this because i'm not worthy enough or i'm not good enough right so it's like it it all can be there because otherwise I think what happens is that You have this rosy idea of the world,
You know,
And if you don't it,
I think it's it's sort of easy just to to fall back on that.
Yeah,
Everything is perfect and I accept everything as it is.
And then.
.
.
There's this odd like unreality where you're not actually accepting everything because everything includes all the you know judgments and all the way that your mind actually works in reality we can't it's like it's like trying to you know suppress or push away thoughts they're there and you accept them as as they exist but at at the end of that um what did Barbara say at the end,
Like the outcome.
So you're talking about the outcome of our efforts at the end at that outcome,
Or even on that journey,
You you are aware that you are acting essentially out of love and and not out of lack or need or,
You know,
Whatever it is.
So it's.
I think it's a strange kind of like wrapping my head around,
You know,
Accepting everything.
But then,
You know,
Making that realizing that important realization that a nothing matters in the big consciousness of it.
And also everything matters,
And it all has meaning.
Definitely,
You know,
You have critical thoughts coming,
You have judgments coming,
You know,
It's not gonna stop.
Not necessarily.
But you can decide what to do with it.
You can decide how you relate to that,
How you react to that.
Remember,
You are going out there motivated.
If you are motivated by the idea that whatever is happening right now is a mistake,
It should be different.
Then disharmony is manifesting through you as an action.
And when you are an expression of disharmony,
Your results will be disharmonious.
That's common sense,
Isn't it?
When you act out of frustration,
Anger,
Fear,
A sense of lack,
Of course,
You create that reality for yourself and the people around you.
A reality that is not an expression of abundance.
But if you go out there to support life,
Eternal change that life is an expression of.
If you're going out there with this positive pro-life attitude,
I'm not fighting against life.
I'm not trying to fix.
I'm not trying to educate because I believe I know better.
But I'm there to support that change.
Enhance it from a smaller perfection to a more expanded perfection.
Then you're not driven by disharmony,
You're driven by harmony,
By love.
And the expression of that would be harmonious.
Do you see that?
You will not create misery for yourself and for others.
Other people around you.
You will not generate that.
So ask yourself,
What kind of influencer are you planning to be?
It is your responsibility.
What kind of influence?
Are you going to spread around you?
Are you going to spread disharmony?
Or are you going to spread harmony?
You see what I'm saying?
So,
Doing says,
What I hate most in others is usually what I hate most in myself.
And Angie says,
Stuff happens.
We can't control it.
We can only control ourselves.
I think it's crap happens.
And be the change you wish to see in the world,
Gandhi said.
And Ward said,
I have a lighter perspective.
Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
And earlier,
Doing said distraction is the new expansion.
Curious what's meant by that.
Yeah,
Observe life.
You'll easily find that life is an everlasting,
Eternal cycle of birth and death.
Birth and death.
Things happen and then they stop.
Things appear and then they disappear.
It could be emotions,
It could be sensations,
Thoughts,
Situations.
Things change all the time.
It's a constant flow.
Never ending.
So where does distraction land in that?
Death.
Kali is a node.
No,
Distraction,
Not destruction.
Being distracted?
I'm sorry.
Yeah that's the pulse of life no we forget we are being distracted by whatever our thoughts usually or circumstances that grabs our attention and takes us somewhere else and then we forget we are carried away to some other reality to a drama somewhere And then we remember,
Oh wait,
This is not what I intended.
I had another idea.
And you come back and you forget and you come back and you forget and you come back and it's okay it's a pulse of life don't worry about it If you want to stay more here and less over there.
Use your breath.
Immediate and it's always there available for you to carry you back home.
Because the breath cannot happen any other time but the present moment.
So you just lay your attention on your breath,
And it will bring you back.
Don't judge yourself because you were carried away by a drama,
You know.
Because you just add fuel to the fire don't judge yourself Don't bother wasting energy there.
If you find yourself carried away,
That's already the first step back home,
Right?
It's the waking up from the illusion.
You saying,
Oh,
Wait,
Wait a minute,
What happened?
Where was I the last 10 minutes,
Right?
It's already you,
Okay,
Coming back home.
Take a deep breath and you're back here.
And remind yourself what is most precious to me,
What is most valuable to me,
What is most meaningful to me is to be present,
To be aware,
To be available,
To experience the present moment.
That's it.
With a whole heart and a willing soul.
OK,
Let's do a little.
Example here.
So I'm somebody whose most important intention is to stay in the present moment and to expand through spreading my love.
So I walk downtown and I see,
You know,
A camp of unhoused people.
I think is the woke term to say it,
Way to say it.
And I start to go down the thought process of,
You know,
How badly off these people are and how,
You know,
All the things that follow,
You know,
Seeing a group of people like this.
In this state.
So.
.
.
My I guess what I was saying earlier is initially my motivation to step into that space and do something about it or for it or with it is my,
My judgment that I cannot control.
Right?
So my judgment that these people are bad off and they need to,
This needs to happen and that needs to happen.
And it's what,
You know,
Wherever I'm going with it,
They need to get a job or the government needs to help them or somebody needs to build them a house or somebody needs to do this or whatever.
Right?
Like it can be anything.
That's not controllable.
That just comes into my mind automatically as soon as my eyes hit those people,
Right,
In that situation.
And then,
You know,
I can have this moment of awareness where I say,
Oh,
OK,
Well,
That was an interesting.
Judgment on my part.
You know,
And,
And now,
Now that I have that awareness,
Now my love can,
Can come into the place.
So,
You know,
It's coming from sort of something that happens up here,
You know,
Or from my eyes into my head where the,
Where the judgment happens now down into where my heart center is.
Hmm.
What could I do to,
You know,
Be in this present moment with,
With these people?
Right.
So it could be any variety.
Of things,
But it's like It's like the motivation changes from not doing something,
Acting out of something that I think is wrong with this situation,
But rather changing my perspective down into my heart and then seeing people.
You know,
Oh,
These are people.
Okay.
Maybe they want to have a conversation.
Maybe,
Maybe I could ask them if they need something,
You know,
Maybe,
Maybe they don't want anything to do with me,
You know,
Maybe I should just keep walking or whatever the moment calls for in that,
In that time.
You're flaccid.
Can you recognize your judgment in real time and not be a slave to it,
But instead be connected to the flow of love that flows through you and let that guide your action?
Can you be an expression of unconditional love,
An expression in action of unconditional love,
Rather than your opinions and thoughts?
Riding the high horse,
How do you call it?
I know how to fix this problem.
It's not a problem.
It was never a problem.
How about that?
It's perfection.
Don't try to fix the world.
It's already fixed to divine perfection.
Drop the ideas that you have.
A different world which will be perfect versus what is happening right now.
That different world is an illusion.
Don't bother about that.
Bother about this.
Be realistic.
In the sense that this is reality.
This is the reality that you need to deal with.
Not a different one.
As high and mighty as you might be able to frame it in your mind.
Come back,
Be present,
Available,
And then your action would be a reaction.
That is driven by harmonious flow.
And the consequences of your actions will be harmonious,
Proactive,
Pro-life.
Yeah,
I know.
It's asking a lot because it's reprogramming everything that we were raised to believe.
But there is so much peace on the other shore.
I remember I have this image of you.
You know.
On the other side.
It's just one step.
Just make one step.
It's so beautiful here.
You know what I'm talking about.
Did I say that?
Yeah.
Just one step.
Come on.
Just.
Being aware of somebody who is,
You know,
Just not able to,
You know,
They have all kinds of excuses or reasons why.
And just,
You know,
When you have that perspective of somebody going through something like that,
It's all it just all it is,
Is just come,
Come,
Come.
It's just right here.
Trust me.
One step.
So yeah,
This is my invitation for you today.
Ask yourself this question,
What kind of influencer would I like to be?
Let go of the idea that this is not your responsibility.
You are responsible.
You create that reality for yourself and for the people around you.
You are the creator.
You're definitely responsible.
What kind of a creator do you want to be?
What kind of an influencer would you like to be?
Would you like to spread around you harmony?
Peace and love,
Acceptance?
Would you like to spread around you your frustrations and judgments?
And create the reality out of that.
And the crazy thing about that question is the easier one is usually not the one you think it is.
The easier one is just.
Accept everything because it takes no effort.
Trust me,
It's just a small step.
Whereas the other one is just like constantly like this.
Anyways,
I would like to thank you all for coming,
Joining us,
Growing together for the past hour.
Spread that through your body.
Spread that invitation.
Spread the invitation to your loved ones.
To the people that you hate.
Invite them with your smile.
And we'll meet again here.
Same time.
Take care.
Love you very much.
