Welcome to this meditation on allowing,

On allowing all that is and all that will be,

Creating a deep connection with your body,

Mind and soul.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position and wherever you are,

Just closing down your eyes,

Taking a few deep centering breaths,

Breathing in through your nose,

Filling your lungs and exhaling slowly,

Releasing any expectations.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment exactly as you are and then noticing if you can make yourself just a little more softer,

A little more comfortable in the position that you're in,

Maybe relaxing your forehead,

The muscles around your eyes,

Letting your belly soften and taking another deep inhale,

Feeling your lungs expand fully and hold that for a moment and then exhale slowly through the nose,

Releasing any tension and allowing yourself to soften and relax even more and as you continue to breathe naturally,

Bring your awareness to the simple act of allowing,

Allowing all that is without judgment,

Without needing to change or fix anything,

Feel into this space of acceptance where everything is as it should be.

Allow yourself to acknowledge the ebb and flow of life,

The highs and the lows,

The joy and the pain,

All a part of this experience.

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

A constant reminder of this natural ebb and flow and as you inhale,

Silently affirm to yourself,

I allow all that is and as you exhale,

Let go of any resistance,

Affirming I release all need to control.

Continue to breathe in this rhythm,

Feeling the weight of expectations and judgment lift with every breath out.

As you inhale,

I allow all that is and as you exhale,

I release all need to control.

Now turn your attention inward to your emotions,

Allow every emotion to be felt fully,

The easy ones and the hard ones,

There's no need to push them away or hold on to them,

Simply allow them to rise and fall like the waves in the ocean of your being.

And as you inhale,

Affirming,

I allow myself to feel everything without fear or hesitation.

I allow myself to feel everything without fear or hesitation.

I allow myself to feel everything without fear or hesitation.

And I am safe in my stillness.

Notice how your body responds when you give yourself permission to feel,

Let this feeling of allowance move through every cell in your body,

Loosening the grip of tension or resistance.

Allow yourself to be still,

To just be,

There is no need to do anything right now.

You do not have to prove anything,

Achieve anything or be anywhere else.

Simply be here in this moment of stillness.

And as you inhale,

Affirming to yourself,

I allow myself to just be.

I allow myself to just be.

There is nowhere else for you to be in this moment than right here.

Allowing yourself this stillness,

This self-care,

This moment in time,

Repeating to yourself,

My worth is inherent in my being,

Not in my doing.

My worth is inherent in my being,

Not in my doing.

My worth is inherent in my being,

Not in my doing.

Feel the truth of these words resonate deep within you.

Allow them to settle into your bones,

Your muscles,

Your heart.

And as you sit in this stillness,

Allowing,

Allow the possibility of being wrong.

Embrace the need to always have the answers or to be perfect.

Embrace the freedom that comes with not knowing,

With making mistakes,

With being human.

And as you inhale,

Affirming to yourself,

I allow myself to be wrong.

I allow myself to be wrong.

I allow myself to be wrong.

And I embrace the freedom of not knowing.

Feel the peace that comes with this acceptance.

The lightness that fills you when you release the burden of perfection.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Allowing these affirmations to resonate and be embodied in your mind,

In your body,

In your soul.

Notice how they feel as they move through you,

How they settle in and find a home within your being.

Allow yourself to rest in this space of complete acceptance and presence.

In this space,

Everything is allowed and nothing is forced.

You are simply here,

Allowing all that is,

All that comes and all that goes.

And as you inhale,

Affirming to yourself,

I allow myself to be exactly as I am.

I allow myself to be exactly as I am.

One last time,

I allow myself to be exactly as I am.

And with that,

Take a deep,

Grounding breath in through the nose.

And exhale,

Fully releasing any remaining tension.

And when you're ready,

Taking your palms together and rubbing them back and forth,

Creating warmth,

Placing them gently over your eyes.

As you begin to flicker your eyes open,

Bringing your awareness back into the room,

Back into your space and your surroundings,

And carry this sense of allowing with you as you move on through the rest of your day,

Taking your time coming back,

Knowing that you can return to this space of allowing whenever you need.

And that you are allowed to be exactly as you are.

Namaste.
