Standing At The Threshold With Pluto

On November 19, 2024, Pluto entered Aquarius for a 20-year journey. This is a profound astrological / energy shift that will be unfolding for the whole collective humanity, ushering in a new reality that we cannot fully comprehend yet.

Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation that was recorded live on November 19th as Pluto entered Aquarius.

I invite you to close your eyes and drop into the session with us.

Feet on the ground.

I want you to start inviting all of your energy down into your body.

So use your breath.

Focus on your feet.

You already know how to do this but it's a conscious effort or a conscious choice in this moment to bring all of your attention into you.

I'm noticing right away like this pull feeling behind me of Pluto and Capricorn coming to an end.

Did we get done what we needed to?

Are we really finished with what it was?

Like how do we let go of that?

And it doesn't feel like we're at a point of letting go.

It's a point of integrating.

Embodying the beauty that was Pluto and Capricorn.

Letting go of anything that is ready to be let go of.

And then standing straight upright at this threshold.

So before we focus on moving into Pluto and Aquarius we're going to do just a little bit of tidying up of Pluto and Capricorn.

So feet on the ground.

The image I'm seeing is like a witch's cape.

You know the red cape that you would have over your shoulders and the hood up over your head or like a Superman cape.

The superhero energy where all of that wisdom that information is sort of embodied in the cape.

Right now we're going to imagine we can take the cape off of our shoulders.

So just visualize yourself.

You can even turn around look at the cape.

You're going to take it off of your shoulders and you're going to bring it in front of you.

And imagine you can just sit down on the ground.

Feet connected to the earth.

And just hold whatever that vision of the cape looks like for you.

Hold it in your lap.

For me it's a blend of superhero and witch like all magic carpet thread carpet thread.

A beautiful like Joseph the Technicolor coat.

That's what mine looks like.

Allow yourself to be curious about this cape.

All of the wisdom.

All of your magic.

All the lessons from 2008 until now is all in this cape.

Nothing is missed or forgotten or overlooked.

All of it is in this cape.

And it's energy.

It's not a physical thing.

It's energy inside of the cape.

So allow the energy that serves you.

The highest and the best.

The most transmuted alchemized gifts from Pluto and Capricorn.

Allow that energy to come all the way into your human form.

There's so many ways you can do that.

It can look like air coming in.

It can look like sunshine,

Moonlight.

It can be little crackles of witchy energy.

It can be a color.

So whatever color feels like wisdom that you want to embody.

Bring it all the way into your body and then relax your body so that it's just an easy arriving into you.

When it feels like all of that is complete.

And there's no rushing.

It just happens.

Osmosis is the word I'm using.

It just happens because you set the intention.

You have the clarity.

The wisdom is embodied.

But I want you to imagine you can see yourself standing up,

Holding the cape very carefully.

You're going to turn back around so you're facing behind you.

I'm going to do a little magic trick.

You're going to shake the cape and you're going to transmute anything that's left into just pure consciousness,

Pure light,

Pure transmission of goodness.

Whatever the old stagnant stuff was,

You just shake it off.

You just see it as energy.

In our minds,

We try to clarify or separate what is good,

What is bad,

What is actually serving us,

What isn't serving us,

What we want to keep,

What isn't.

We get all tangled up.

All of it is just energy.

So knowing that you have supported your mind and your body and your soul by selecting what you wanted to keep,

Now you just shake off everything else.

It's like you're taking your cape to the dry cleaner,

But you're the dry cleaner.

And you just shake it.

Release.

See all of that energy being transmuted by Gaia,

By air,

By fire,

By water,

By earth,

All the elements just transmuting the energy.

And then feel your feet firmly planted on the earth again.

Still.

And then hold the cape for one more moment.

What a gift,

What a journey,

What a portal the last time in Pluto of Capricorn has been.

Allow yourself just to laugh it.

Oh my God,

You did it.

Somehow,

I think we dragged ourselves to the finish line on some of these areas.

We did it.

And here we are very consciously aware that the energy of this planet is about to shift.

That the ripples of awareness of co-creation,

The astrology,

Earth,

Humanity,

Source,

All of that is rippling underneath our feet in the energy of Gaia.

We can feel that it's changing.

And it's not good or bad.

It's just changing.

So,

Planting your feet firmly on the floor.

I want you to imagine whoever you would like to have put the cape on your shoulders.

It can be me or Marjorie or anyone in the circle.

It can be your children,

Your partner,

Your higher self,

Source,

Gaia,

Whoever you want.

Just imagine there's a ceremonial putting back on of the cape.

But it is just a pure field of consciousness that's being placed on your shoulders right now.

It's untapped energy.

It's the fresh shirt you just picked up from the dry cleaner that is ready to be worn.

There's nothing on it.

It's wide open for whatever you're going to co-create.

I want you to plant your feet.

It's like boom,

Boom,

Right?

When the people landed on the moon and they did that,

This is the first step for mankind or human,

Whatever it was.

Imagine you could just do that right now.

You're at this threshold,

Fully aware that you're going to co-create in this new energy in a way that is different than how you did it before with your witchy superhero Joseph Technicolor coat.

So get yourself snuggled in.

Thank whoever put it on your shoulders.

Even if it was you,

Thank yourself.

And then kind of wiggle your shoulders.

Get used to what it feels like.

It doesn't have the weight of before because it's fresh.

It has all the magic crackle energy of you,

Your power,

Your gifts,

Your unique contribution that you bring to everything you do.

Your own superpower,

Whatever it is.

Feel the aliveness,

The vitality of that cape on your shoulder.

All right.

So with your feet planted,

I want you to bring all of your energy more firmly down into your body.

This is where we really come in,

All the way in.

So call all of your soul,

As much of your infinite consciousness as you want to have here in this moment.

Invite all of you to be here in this body,

On this planet,

At this threshold.

It doesn't mean you have to stay this embodied all the time,

But in this moment,

Full presence,

As much as you're interested in doing.

All the way down to your feet.

Relax your muscles.

And then find your balance.

So see yourself standing,

Fresh cape,

Embodied.

Be in your body seeing this as you're doing it.

And feel how steady you are.

There's nothing weighing you down.

The future is completely wide open to co-create,

However you decide you want to do it.

And you're fully present in this moment.

And then see all of us standing by your side.

And then see all the other people you know and love who are tapping into this field of energy with us.

All the astrologers,

The healers,

The light workers,

The guides,

All the people.

There's so many people right now who are so excited for this shift.

Not because either one is right or wrong or good or bad,

But because the energy current is changing.

And any time there's a change in a current,

It means something new can be manifested.

Everyone has to shift and adjust,

And humanity has a new potential,

A new way of being.

And oh my god,

How exciting is that?

So feel how many people are standing by our side.

And then feel your place in this community.

One of the leaders,

One of the guides.

Not because we're somehow superior to anyone else,

But because we're aware.

We're feeling it,

We're tuned into it,

And we're excited to create something new in the new energy.

Now there's an image I'm seeing.

There's a beautiful tradition that they do at my husband's school at graduation.

When the seniors are complete with the graduation process,

They say,

Okay seniors,

Take one step forward,

And now you're officially an alumni.

And I feel that for us.

Like okay,

Lightworkers,

Beans of magic and creativity.

Imagine you could just take one step forward into the energy of Pluto and Aquarius right now.

Right foot,

Left foot,

It doesn't matter.

And then just hold yourself in that position for a second.

Steady yourself.

Good.

And then bring your other foot forward and step all the way into the new.

Notice how there's nothing pulling you back,

Like you're able to move.

No entanglements,

Just you with your magical cape.

Side by side with all of the other beings with magical capes,

Standing in the new energy.

Relax your body.

So there's a few things that are coming through,

And I'll just name them,

And then trust whatever is coming through for you.

You may be having a whole portal download of your own,

So trust your own process.

But I feel it's,

I mean,

Definitely like happiness and joy and freedom.

That's the word I want to put into this space.

Freedom.

The,

My third eye is buzzing,

The undercurrent,

The frequency that I feel most present,

Most alive at this time in Pluto and Aquarius that is going to be rippling through our planet,

Is the vibration,

The frequency of freedom.

And freedom is the internal knowing that you are your own power.

You are your own sovereign energy.

You are the one knowing that you are your own power.

You are your own sovereign energy.

You are the one who chose to come be a soul in human form.

You are the one who is present and able to transmute and change your reality just by simply focusing on it.

You are free.

You are embodied freedom.

And when you stand in that knowing and truth and power that it's you,

It's always you,

You create every aspect of this moment.

You call me and you call Marjorie and you call these co-creators,

Like you are writing all of it.

The freedom in that allows you to express more and more and more of your own creative,

Impulsive,

Gift,

Magic.

That is your superhero power.

So anything that doesn't match that internal knowing of your own creative power,

Your own.

The image I'm seeing is like when source births itself and chooses to create itself,

It is.

When you,

The soul,

Choose to create yourself as a soul,

You are.

When you choose to take on human form,

You exist.

So that same power of choice to express,

To be,

To create,

To do anything is inside of you.

And the freedom is you knowing that,

Remembering that,

Making every choice from that knowing.

There is no power over or no authority over.

There's your creative impulses.

And then what's happening in Pluto in Aquarius energy is,

As we all redefine that,

Remember that,

Explore that,

The co-creation shift on our planet.

You show up differently.

And so the energy in all your relationships has to show up differently.

It has to move.

It has to be different because you're different.

When everyone is doing the same thing,

We're all showing up at our highest frequency,

Our most embodied truth.

Every conversation,

Expression,

Work,

Life,

Everything changes because the energy inside each one of us is changing.

It's purifying.

So it's going to be a journey and there's going to be bumps and mish-mashes and mix-ups as we clarify what our unique expression is,

As we try things out,

As we tell someone,

No,

You're not actually the authority over me and I'm not the authority over you.

We are side by side.

It may take a little while for us to figure all of this out.

The embodied leaders who can hold this frequency,

Remember this,

Walk as this,

Calm down everyone around,

Empower everyone around.

So there's a beautiful gift in leadership at this time on Earth.

It's a whole different understanding of leadership and you get to help define that,

Be an example of that.

So before we complete the meditation,

There's another level of the empowerment just to bring your awareness to,

Which is even what I say needs to be held with whatever level of resonance you have.

Your truth trumps every other truth when it's for you.

So I share all of this,

I show you this and when you sit in your own quiet space or in the regulator,

You may have another whole download that doesn't align with this.

Trust you most,

Follow your guidance always first and then we co-create.

All right,

So feet firmly on the ground,

Shake off your cape,

Wiggle your shoulders,

Take a couple big yawns or breaths before you open your eyes.

Let yourself just fully be in this moment and when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
