Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Vivian Gerard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the new moon in Aries.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes.
As we settle into the space it feels important to tell you that these meditations are unscripted.
I show up and invite you to imagine yourself sitting next to me in this room in this circle space.
As I guide the flow of energy,
I use breath,
I use visuals for our mind that connect us to the astrology,
All to help us harmonize the mind,
The body,
The soul,
To come into a place of greater ease,
Peace,
Tranquility in a world that is increasingly louder and wilder.
So take your seat,
Allow yourself to come fully into this moment.
There is so much energy available for us.
The astrology is impeccably aligning element after element in just the right sequence so that our evolution can be quantum leaped,
Quantum expressed.
We can move through awarenesses and shifts with such support and with an invitation to such deep groundedness in our body.
So that is your invitation.
When we decide to pause the activity and be fully present and be guided in a process of landing in our body,
Sometimes there's a resistance.
Our mind may not feel comfortable with the process and so it needs some information,
Some structure,
Context to help steady the process.
Sometimes our body is overwired,
Overtired,
Overstimulated and so it has a hard time choosing to be still and allowing energy to move through with more ease.
And so my words are intended to support you in whatever moment you find yourself in right now,
Whatever experience is most true for you right now.
So I encourage you to focus your mind on relaxing your body.
Give your mind the assignment.
We're going to find the places that are tense and breathe into those places and consciously unwind the muscles using your breath to cue your body to safety.
Like yeah,
We are choosing to pause,
To be still,
To listen,
To allow ourselves to be held and guided.
There is some reason that your soul,
My soul have decided to co-create at this exact moment in the astrology.
This precise point on the timeline.
There will be words,
Frequencies,
Images,
Energy transmissions that your soul brought you to this moment to receive.
And my job is to show up fully present and guide the flow of the energy.
So relax your muscles.
Allow your mind to perhaps pick up a notebook,
A notepad,
A pen,
A journal,
And your mind can take notes,
Can dance between relaxing the muscles of the body and then writing down whatever the awarenesses are that come forward.
And so now your mind can settle back like it has an easy chair,
An armchair,
Can just lean back and start to pay attention.
What is happening in your body?
There may be a lot going on.
And so you trust where your body wants your attention to go first.
Mine is going down to my sit bones,
The tailbone,
The part of me that is most connected to the ground.
I'm sitting on a meditation cushion on the floor with my back against the wall with a pillow.
And I can feel all my power,
My attention going down to where I connect to the floor,
Where I feel myself grounded,
Safe,
Choosing to be here,
Choosing to be fully present.
Relaxing your muscles.
What happens when we focus on the point that is most connected to the earth,
To the ground?
Perhaps for you it's your feet.
Our energy,
Our consciousness starts to go down to that place with the lowest gravitational pull.
And so it may feel more dense in your body as that happens.
It may feel like you're filling yourself up with what?
With energy,
With awareness,
With more of your soul being in the body,
Not up above watching what's happening,
But actually down in inside this human form that your soul chose to come play in,
To express,
To create,
To feel.
When the body has a lot pulling at it,
Or a lot of emotions stored inside,
Maybe a lot of stories stored inside,
Sometimes the body resists being fully present.
Or the soul resists being in the body because there's a lot to feel,
There's a lot to sort through.
So we acknowledge,
Okay,
That might be,
That might be some resistance in the body,
That might be a point where there perhaps isn't as much harmony as we would prefer.
And so you allow the mind and the body and the soul to evaluate,
Collaborate,
To be together.
The image that's coming to mind is when I walk my dog and there are other dogs that are out in the neighborhood,
And the dogs all sort of look at each other when they get close.
Maybe their tails are wagging,
Or maybe their tails are down,
But they're sniffing,
Evaluating.
Is it,
Is it safe?
Are you going to be nice to me?
Or are you going to bite me?
What's actually going to happen?
There's a cautious,
Optimistic,
Playful moment that happens in meditation when the mind,
The body,
The soul come together.
So feel for yourself,
Are,
Are the tails wagging?
Use your breath to soothe your body.
Use your mind to guide the process and invite your soul to come more into the body,
All the way down through the body,
To your root,
To your feet.
Fill yourself up with your soul.
If you notice as you're doing that,
That perhaps it's a little crowded in your body,
Other people's energy or other emotions,
Collective stuff,
Old things,
Maybe you don't even need to know what they are in this moment.
Imagine the pressure,
The momentum that your soul is bringing down into your body pushes that gunky stuff or other stuff all the way down to your feet and you can just open your feet up and allow that gunky stuff to move through into the earth underneath you.
If you notice resistance,
That perhaps you're more comfortable holding onto that,
That's your choice.
I honor whatever feels true for you.
The invitation is to be aware if you have gunky energy,
Heavy energy,
Things that perhaps aren't yours,
That you just picked up or accumulated for others,
For all of humanity,
For the world,
For nature,
For whoever,
Whatever is sitting inside of you.
When we have awareness,
We are able to shift with that awareness.
And so perhaps the awareness allows you to release something you're ready to let go of.
We have been moving through eclipse season,
Wrapping up with this new moon in Aries with a solar eclipse.
It brings up things.
Venus and Mercury are both retrograde.
We've been reviewing,
Looking back,
Feeling the feelings.
So relax,
Lean back.
If you feel complete with that review for now,
Then you can choose to release whatever is ready to go out your feet and into the earth,
Which then brings your soul more down into your body.
When you feel complete with the releasing,
You can imagine your feet just close and now you're filling yourself up with you.
If there are stories,
Emotions that don't feel complete yet that you still want to be exploring,
Working through,
That's okay.
You take your time.
You trust your own process.
But now you have the awareness that perhaps there are energies,
Emotions that are moving in you that will soon be ready to release or that you can sort through further and decide which are ones to keep and which are perhaps ones to let go of.
So relax the muscles of your body.
Allow yourself to lean back and slightly open your shoulders,
Which will open up your heart space a little wider.
And now feel what's happening in your body.
Is there more space inside of you?
How would it feel to call more of your soul,
Your consciousness into your body right now?
If you're like me,
You might see a consciousness above your head,
Your energy,
Your soul outside of your crown chakra above your head.
And so it's just an easy arrival down and in when we call more of our soul into our body.
It just sort of slides down into us and we feel that filling up.
For me,
It feels very joyful.
I often smile when I feel my soul choosing to come deeper into my body,
More present than before.
My heart feels happier and my mouth just starts to smile.
It's just what happens.
So you may feel that too as you invite more of your consciousness into you.
For the mind,
We'll add some construct.
Why is this process so important when we're talking about a new moon in Aries?
Why are we bringing the soul into the body and clearing the energy that doesn't serve us out?
This new moon in Aries is opening up a new zodiac cycle,
A new turn around the zodiac wheel.
It is also supported by outer planets that are moving into new signs.
There's a big turning of energy that is happening.
Being in our body,
Calling our soul fully here to this moment of time to be in our humanness,
Standing,
Sitting,
Planted here on this planet in this human experience.
This is the most powerful way to open up this next cycle.
For your mind,
More construct.
The last time that we had this specific combination of planets all doing this specific new beginning can't even be measured.
We can measure where one of the outer planets has moved into a new sign.
But this combination,
Astrologers are saying perhaps 12,
000 years ago.
So we harmonize the construct for the mind.
This is a very significant moment in time.
With the invitation to the soul,
Now come here,
Be here in this body,
On this physical plane.
Merging with the body,
Relax.
Allow the soul to be so present inside of you that your awareness is heightened.
You feel more alive in your body,
More present than ever before,
Because you are.
Your infinite is embodied here.
Now,
Relax your muscles,
Lean back.
Aries has so much forward momentum energy that it's almost impossible to not start leaning forward.
Wanting to move into the new,
Step into the next thing.
It takes conscious effort to lean back,
Relax into being present.
Use your breath to continuously deepen the soul in the body.
The body relaxed,
Strong,
Capable of handling more of your soul being here in this moment.
The mind busy taking notes,
Writing it all down,
Making sure nothing gets missed.
So now we bring our attention to our heart,
Because this,
I believe,
Is going to be the magic,
The gold sprinkled dust,
The Neptune in Aries,
Next phase of the beginning.
For your mind,
The day after the new moon in Aries,
Beginning this new cycle with Pluto and Aquarius underneath,
Swirling the transformation,
We have Neptune moving into Aries.
That hasn't happened in 165 years.
For the last 14 years,
Neptune has been in Pisces.
It's been very watery,
Emotional,
Deep.
Neptune is deep,
Spiritual awakenings,
Awarenesses.
Well,
Now Neptune is moving into Aries.
What happens when water and fire meet?
There's a sizzle,
There's a steam,
There's an alchemy,
There's electricity.
When the two are transmuting,
Something gets activated.
The day after the new moon in Aries,
Neptune moves into Aries.
It's going to be alchemical,
Magical.
There's going to be a fizzle of energy,
Some sparks that will be activated for all of us.
When we are in our body,
Like you are right now,
When we have the soul relaxed with the body,
With the mind,
Gathering the data,
Feeling the energy that's about to shift,
We step into these transformational portals,
Empowered,
Ready,
Excited,
Anticipating the magic,
Looking for the synchronicities.
Our heightened awareness allows us to find the magic everywhere and then to amplify it,
To talk about it,
To share it,
To create with it,
To expand it,
To transform it.
That is a very different frequency to tap into than being afraid of all of the astrology or afraid of the changes or unsure of what it means.
So you relax your muscles,
You lean back.
The image I'm seeing in my mind is all of us sitting in a movie theater,
Leaning back,
Getting our popcorn,
Looking at each other like,
Okay,
Now,
Now it's going to happen.
And when the movie starts,
We're all in the movie.
It's a movie we're creating.
We're writing it and watching it all at the same time and eating popcorn.
Oh,
It's so beautiful.
It's so beautiful.
And the message that feels so important to share here in this meditation with you,
The message that's coming through so loudly in my ears is,
It's meant to be fun.
We're meant to be playing,
Enjoying,
Delighting in this movie that we're all starring in,
Writing,
Directing.
It's supposed to be the greatest adventure ever.
So here you are sitting in meditation space with me in this beautiful circle of co-creation,
Side by side,
With this message to have more fun,
To not take ourselves so seriously,
To share the popcorn.
Oh,
Isn't it amazing?
It's so amazing.
So as you lean back and your mind is furiously writing the notes,
Have more fun,
Play more,
Share the popcorn.
Allow the silliness of it all to move into every cell in your body.
Code yourself with this frequency of joy.
This,
This is how you can begin this next turn around the Zodiac wheel.
It is an amplified beginning.
What if you choose joy and pleasure,
Play,
Deep connection with yourself first,
Your soul in your body,
Working with your mind.
Oh,
And the heart,
That's right.
The heart is what,
The heart is what brought all the joy.
Feel the power of your heart to shift your reality.
The moment we invited our heart into the meditation space,
Look,
Look at the ripples that moved through our collective gathering.
The heart holds the key.
It's the differentiator between a life that is filled with delight and joy and play and pleasure and magic and fun and sunshine and unicorns and rainbows,
All the things,
Or a life that feels heavy,
Filled with pain.
Our heart is that alchemical point that always,
It carries us through the moments like we're about to experience,
Where we move from water into fire.
The heart holds the stories and the codes and the memories.
So as you feel what's happening in your heart,
Allow it to be gentle.
Maybe your heart has some things to show you at this new moon.
Maybe this is part of the energy that wasn't ready to release if you had some energy that wanted to stay in your body.
Maybe there's a little work still to do in the heart.
Okay.
Claim the time.
Come back to your heart.
Let that be one of the intentions that you set at this new moon,
To be so compassionate with your own heart.
So deeply listening to what's happening in your heart and holding the potential that your dreamed of in your embodied experience.
Often in meditation,
Our soul will show us,
Give us a peek,
A taste of what's possible.
And then our work to do as an embodied human is to take that awareness from the soul into our reality and do the work.
Journal,
Write,
Do energy healing,
Share with those you trust,
Receive support,
Go be with nature,
Lie in the sunshine,
Drink more water,
Whatever the nuggets are that support you in doing the work that your soul shows you in meditation.
It's a gift.
When we have an experience of harmonizing mind,
Body,
Soul,
Heart,
And we feel it,
We're in the body feeling that,
It can completely shift our external reality.
So this isn't about rushing or forcing a process.
It's the awareness,
The embodied experience.
That we take with us.
It reminds us in busier moments when the world gets loud again,
Or turbulent conversations,
Experiences where there's just a lot happening.
The little nugget from our meditation comes forward.
We remember the feeling,
We remember the vibration,
The frequency,
The images,
The words.
And then we steady ourselves in that moment,
That human moment.
We choose to release whatever is ready to let go in that moment.
We use our breath because that's what we practiced in the meditation time.
And we perhaps feel a smile forming because we remember that too from the meditation time.
And then suddenly we remember,
Oh,
We're not supposed to take it so seriously.
And everything starts to shift in our external reality because of these moments in meditation time together.
So let's say thank you.
To the mind for doing a diligent job today.
For keeping everything on track and in the notebook so that we can refer to it when we need to.
Say thank you to your body that was able to sit still and heal,
Realign,
Release,
Breathe without really even us paying attention until we remember to pay attention to our breath.
Thank you,
Body.
Say thank you to the heart that holds all of it.
The strength,
The courage,
The resilience of our heart.
The power of our heart.
The vulnerability,
The silliness and the joy.
And the soul that chose the whole combination.
We honor this moment,
This path,
And the perfection of the alignment,
The divine timing that brought us into this community meditation together.
Big exhale out.
Ready?
Relax your muscles one more time.
And then as you feel ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes and just look at one thing in front of you for a moment.
I'm holding a beautiful smoky quartz in my right hand and just wiggling my fingers around the quartz,
Moving some energy.
So maybe you want to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Start bringing yourself all the way up to the top of your head.
From that beautiful inner landscape,
Back fully into this moment.
Maybe you want to stretch your body,
Move around a little bit.
Beautiful.
And then allow yourself to merge your inner landscape and your external reality.
Imagine you're weaving the two together.
You're seeing how both are so interconnected,
Interwoven.
And here you are now with your eyes open with full awareness of all that you were seeing and feeling and experiencing in our meditation time together.
Allow those nuggets of wisdom to guide you.
Allow the images to show up when you need them.
Bring that calm,
That centeredness,
That groundedness in your body.
With you as you move from the meditation space.
This new moon in Aries is a time of inspired,
Aligned action,
Movement carrying us forward.
The most powerful direct movement forward is when our soul is in our body,
Guiding the way.
So align yourself with that commitment,
That frequency.
And then come back to the meditation as often as you need.
