Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Vivian Gerard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Taurus.
Let us begin.
Go ahead and close your eyes and allow yourself to come fully into this moment.
I use breath as a tool,
A resource to help us move energy and to drop deeper into our physical body.
So when you hear me breathing you can match and align with my breath and we will go deeper into the meditation space together.
So let yourself land in your body in this moment on this planet all the way down through your body to your feet.
So wherever you feel your awareness right now imagine you can start to guide that awareness through the body all the way down through to your feet and notice where your attention goes.
So if your focus begins at your head then it may mean there's a lot of thinking that is happening right now that your energy is centered in your activity of your brain.
Invite that energy,
That awareness lower through your body.
You can do that with your breath.
You can also do that by focusing on your feet.
So in your mind's eye you see your feet.
Maybe you wiggle your toes.
You tap your feet more firmly on the earth,
On the ground.
And you allow your feet to magnetize your awareness,
Your consciousness down through your body.
What starts to happen when we do that is we feel more pressure,
More density inside of our body.
We are filling ourselves up with our own awareness and there's a physical reaction or experience of that.
So you'll notice my voice tends to get a little deeper as energy,
My energy comes down through my body and I'm filling myself up with me.
My voice shifts.
There's a density,
Depth to it because my consciousness is coming down through my body.
So you can match that in yourself.
You'll feel it.
There's a tightness in your chest,
A sense of pressure or pressing down inside of the core of your body.
So you breathe.
So you breathe and you relax your muscles and you allow your energy to fill you up.
Not in a way of forcing it to happen but in an invitation to be more present for our human experience.
It is much easier to watch the human life that we're living from up above or outside of the emotions that our human will feel.
Coming down into the body in this way,
Bringing all of our power,
Our awareness,
Our energy,
Our consciousness down into our body.
It takes a lot of courage because there's stuff inside of our bodies that we don't always necessarily want to feel.
Or it's heavy in our body.
It feels dense and tight and it doesn't feel like we can perhaps move or be as flexible energetically.
The soul chooses the human life for the experience of it,
For the feeling of it,
For the contrast of it,
The struggle,
The pain,
And the success,
And the joy,
The loneliness,
And the heaviness,
And the euphoria,
And the bliss,
And everything in between.
So being in the body,
All the way down in the body,
Is courageous and also why we came here.
So allow your mind to take that information and puzzle it over and think about it as you are inviting more of your awareness down into your body.
Relaxing the muscles.
If you notice you're hunching forward or tightening up,
Consciously choose to sit back,
To lean against something that feels like support behind you.
Maybe it's a wall,
A bench,
A chair.
If you're lying down,
Allow the bed to hold you.
Let yourself relax so that you feel the support at your back.
And then invite your consciousness to go deeper down into your body.
You can do this again with your breath.
And you can focus on your feet.
Wiggling your toes,
Seeing your energy going all the way down through your body to your feet.
As you're bringing your awareness down through your body,
Your mind may start to wander.
Through your body,
Your mind may start to wonder about why.
Why are we doing this again?
What is the point of bringing so much of our focus,
Our attention inside of ourselves?
So as you focus on your feet,
Relax your body and allow your energy to keep moving down through your physical form,
As low into your body as the energy can flow.
I will provide some context,
Some information for your mind.
We are in the energy of a full moon in Taurus that is conjunct.
Is that right?
Conjunct?
Yes.
Uranus.
Which means it's a time of illumination,
Greater awareness greater awareness in the sign of Taurus,
Which is very much about being here on the earth,
Being in our bodies,
Experiencing the fullness,
The beauty,
The vitality of life,
Of the experiences of life,
Feeling with our senses,
Our taste,
Our touch,
Our smell,
Our hearing.
We are experiencing the fullness of the human realm.
In this full moon in Taurus energy,
The illumination can offer us understanding of how present we actually are in our bodies for this human journey.
So here we are focusing on bringing our energy down into our body.
Relaxing your muscles again.
And visualizing your power,
The unique energy that makes you you,
Coming all the way into your body.
You chose this body with such purpose and such care.
As a soul you knew exactly what form of body would most serve you.
What gender identification,
Sexual identity,
Weight,
Height,
Size,
Softness,
Muscular,
All of it.
You knew exactly what would most serve you in this human lifetime.
And you designed the perfect body to enter as the soul for exactly what would most serve you.
Now here you are living it and sometimes we forget.
We disregard the body or judge the body,
Override it,
Ignore it,
Abuse our bodies.
We don't treat our bodies with the love and the care that the soul held as it designed this body.
This full moon in Taurus offers us a shift in perspective,
Greater understanding,
Awareness of the gift that is this body and our ability to guide our consciousness in our body.
So bring all of your focus all the way down,
All the way down through to your feet.
Relaxing your muscles again.
And notice what's happening now inside of your body.
You might notice that your mind is quiet or quieter than it was before you started meditating.
You might find that the air around you feels more still,
Calm.
You may even feel a sense of anticipation inside of your whole system.
Like,
Okay,
Well,
We're present.
Now what?
We're here.
We're the soul in the body,
Listening,
Paying attention.
Now what?
Here's the magic,
The gift that we bring forward in this quieter space.
Quieter space.
When the infinite soul,
Our energy,
Our consciousness,
Is in our human form,
All the way down through to our feet,
There is a way that the external noise chatter of the collective starts to fade away.
We are able to hear,
Discern within ourselves our own knowing,
Our own clarity,
Our own truth.
And when we know what is true inside of ourselves,
It is much easier to navigate a collective conversation,
Experience,
Society that is loud,
Noisy,
Filled with conflicting opinions,
Definitions of truth.
When we know within ourselves,
We can guide ourselves more clearly.
We live in a world that competes for our attention,
That offers us endless definitions of how to be,
How to think,
How to act,
What to do.
And we are in a moment of time right now where the collective energy is about to go through a noticeable,
Sizable shift in attention,
Focus,
Awareness.
Pluto,
The planet of transformation,
Has been moving through Capricorn since 2008.
On November 19th,
Pluto moves into Aquarius for the next 20 years.
We are in the final integration moments of all we have been learning since 2008.
This information is for your mind.
Allow your body to feel that all the way into your cells.
The growth,
The emotions,
The heartache since 2008 until now,
The moments of freedom,
Liberation,
True expression of your soul since 2008.
All of our experiences are felt,
Stored,
Lived through our human body,
Which is why sometimes it's easier to not be in the body,
To have our awareness go above and monitor,
Watch.
This process of coming down into our body and feeling all of it,
It can be intense.
This full moon in Taurus is inviting us to be in the body and look,
Look within.
To be in the body and look,
Look within,
Clarify within,
Sit in our feelings,
Our experiences,
Our lived history,
Sort through all of it.
Let go of what no longer serves.
Use your breath,
Sigh,
Cough,
Burp,
Exhale.
Allow stagnant old energy beliefs to leave your body.
If you have learned from them,
They are complete.
You don't have to hold that old energy inside of you.
And your breath is the most powerful tool you have at your disposal.
Use your breath.
Let go of what you know you understand when you sit inside of yourself and feel the things.
What you'll discover is how far you have come.
Since 2008,
How proud you can be of the you that sits here now,
Listening to a meditation on an app.
The you of 2008 may not have even known that this would be a possible version that you would become.
But here you are.
And this full moon is inviting you to look,
To see,
To clarify,
To release.
So that as the energy shifts when Pluto moves into Aquarius on November 19th,
You step into that new current of energy so strong in your power,
Unshakable,
Because your truth is coming from inside of you.
Your knowing is yours.
It's not anyone else's to define for you.
You know because you know.
And if the knowing feels maybe a little wobbly at first,
You come back into meditation.
This one,
Other ones,
Whatever meditation calls to you,
You trust your own knowing and you come back into meditation and you clarify.
You release the old,
The judgment,
The doubt,
The fear.
You move that stagnant energy out of your body and then you feel inside of you in the quiet space of meditation.
What is true for you?
You define your truth.
And you can do that one tiny truth at a time.
Over days,
Weeks,
Months,
Years,
Your truth is big and clear,
Palpable,
Powerful,
And yours.
And it's not a truth that you hold over other people because you know something they don't.
Your truth is your navigation,
Your way of moving as the infinite soul in the human form.
Your truth defines your actions,
Your beliefs,
The ways that you communicate and share who you are with the world.
Your truth guides how you show up in every relationship,
How you show up in your work,
How you show up with your body.
And your truth can change and evolve as you evolve.
The power is in knowing inside of you.
The power is in knowing inside of you what is true for you.
Bring all of your focus,
Your attention down through your body to your feet.
And feel your feet planted on this planet.
Your soul chose to be here in human form on Earth,
In Gaia,
In the energy field known as Gaia,
Earth.
As you sit in this space with yourself,
One of the most powerful questions I bring forward for all of us is why?
Why did we choose Gaia?
Why did we choose a human experience on this planet at this time?
I believe this is the defining question for Pluto and Aquarius.
So as you sit in this full moon and Taurus illumination,
Days before this energy current is about to change with Pluto,
Perhaps feel inside of yourself what is your truth for that question?
Why is your soul here in a human body at this time on this planet?
If you know,
Then you know,
And perhaps there are next steps that come from that knowing.
If you don't know,
Perhaps one of the paths for you to follow is explore the question.
Define for yourself what your truth is.
What is your connection?
Define for yourself what your truth is.
What is your connection to the consciousness of our planet?
A full moon in Taurus is about being human.
Being here in this full sensory experience of soul in body.
It is the perfect time to ask why.
Meditation is a powerful place for contemplation.
Sometimes we come into meditation and all we get are the answers,
The truth,
The knowing,
The next steps.
And sometimes we come into meditation to get the question.
To open up a new potential thread of consciousness that perhaps we had not opened yet before.
The beauty when our soul is so present in our human body is the quiet space in which to have the perfect experience,
Whatever that is.
So trust whatever your soul brought you to this meditation to receive,
You have received it.
And then pause for a moment.
If there is a next step from here,
What is your truth?
What is your soul showing you as one next step from this meditation?
It might be to sleep,
To drink more water,
To go to sleep.
Sit and pet an animal,
Hug a child,
Look at the sunrise,
Dance to beautiful music,
Put your feet in the grass.
Sometimes the guidance from the meditation is very practical,
Earthly,
Human experiences.
And sometimes it's cosmic and prophetic and life-changing,
And everything in between.
So trust yourself.
One next step.
Beautiful.
And then get yourself centered inside,
Steady,
Grounded,
Feel your feet connected to the planet.
And as you feel ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
As you do so,
Allow your internal visions,
Images,
Knowing to calibrate,
To align with the external that you are seeing,
Your 3D reality and your internal multidimensional reality.
All coming into harmony.
What we see and feel and know inside of our own meditation time is just as real as what we see and feel and know with our eyes open.
Allow the two to merge.
And then remember your one next step.
Fulfill that.
Give yourself that gift to receive intuition,
Guidance,
And act on it.
